The Da Vinci Code is taking the weekend before Memorial Day, the weekend that was occupied by Shrek 2, Matrix Reloaded, and Attack of the Clones the last 3 years.
Memoirs of a Geisha is definitely aiming for an Oscar run.

If Ocean's Twelve or Blade: Trinity prove to be big hits on the second weekend of December, then that might actually be a very good move for Underworld 2.

I really want it to succeed, and if it weren't for Ocean's Twelve, it could have made over $50 for the 5-day. But, we'll see.

Memoirs of a Geisha has OSCAR written all over it. I mean we are more than a year away from it, yet I think most people here agree that it'll be one of next year's biggest awards frontrunners.
I sense the "Analyze That" and "Ten Whole Yards" effect for Miss Congeniality 2...

Kinsey 190 - any idea how this will be expanding? it's been out nearly a month (l believe) and still only in 190 theaters...
