I dont want any B films, I want it to be compared to other films with an average B+ grade. The film(s) that you choose must be R rated just like Constantine, the film chosen can not be a summer flick it has to have been released within the september-april time frame. If you feel like adding anything else to that than your welcomed to  Also why do you think they inflated the 4-Day-Wknd projections :?: THE PUNISHER - 54.6% HELLBOY - 53.3% UNDERWORLD - 56.7% BLADE 2 - 60% All of these opened on regular weekends, not holidays and had an average 2nd weekend drop of 56%. My thinking is this will drop more than that average, because of the Holiday weekend it opened on. This weekend no doubt benefited its opening 3-day aswell as its 4-day. If this was not a holiday we probably wouldn't see a 30% sunday drop, more likely a 40-50% drop.
fare enough

Constantine dropped -48% to $2,022,441 on Tuesday. The SMALLEST drop in the top 10.
Looks like it's heading for a 80% drop this weekend, eh Mav?

End of Days had a 5-day weekend, so that's why it's number was so high. Blade was released during the summer, so it increased on it's first Tuesday. Constantine is dropping off from a President's Day number, but it had the smallest drop in the top 10.

My analysis of Constantine's box-office:
As expcted, the movie started out very well, especially considering the R-rating. It opened below Blade II, but Blade was already an estabilished franchise by that time. Looking at the internal weekend multiplier, Constantine had a better one than Daredevil and about the same one as Blade II. However, Blade II didn't have a holiday weekend to deflate its numbers. In the dailies, Constantine is already tracking behind Blade II and considering it'll face direct horror/teen competition next weekend with Cursed, don't expect the improvement of legs anytime soon. It'll stand at around $38.5 million by the time, it'll hit the weekend and after the weekend, it'll have over $50 million in its bag. I see around $13 million for its second weekend, a drop of around 55-60%. Overall, I see it landing somewhere between the first two Blade movies, making about $73-76 million in total. However, it'll ake a real killing overseas with already two $11+ million international weekends and great openings in Spain, Germany, France and Asia and it still has UK, Russia and Japan ahead. Expect it to break $200 million worldwide and get a greenlight for a sequel.

I don't know why, but I really do get the feeling this might not drop all that hard. This weekend looks to be the weakest for openers until early September, the word of mouth isn't half bad, and so far it's been doing pretty well.

That Friday number is not good (obviously), but not horrible.
It'll make around $12-13 million this weekend for a 55-60% drop, like I said it would last weekend. It didn't exactly "drop like a rock" like you proclaimed, Mavy. Movies like Alien vs. Predator and The Village drop like rocks.
