Re: Germany Box-Office Thread
I posted it before, but if you want to interprete German b.o. there's an easy rule of thumb:
1m admissions in Germany = $100m grosser USA/Canada 2m admissions in Germany = $200m grosser USA/Canada 3m admissions in Germany = $300m ...and on and on...
So DUNE's 1.62m admissions so far would translate into a $162m grosser domestic (with $175m being the goal right now).
And tomorrow NO TIME TO DIE will hit $500m...

Re: Germany Box-Office Thread
Close race so far between ETERNALS and 007's 6th weekend... Both at 250k admissions right now, but 007 will probably prevail... ETERNALS has another 50k admissions from Wednesday opening, so 300k total 'til Sunday possible...

Re: Germany Box-Office Thread
Very tight race for No. 1 with less than 1k admissions difference after 3 days... Bond should have the bigger Sunday though...

Re: Germany Box-Office Thread
Depends on possible lockdowns... Before lockdowns seemed a possibility I was sure it would improve upon the previous two...

Unfortunate. Also see that France is experiencing another surge. Stay safe, mark.

Re: Germany Box-Office Thread
Netherlands is going into another lockdown according to the tweet notifications I've seen from various bands having to cancel their shows. Haven't checked the news itself yet. (Many of my favorite bands are from Western/Northern Europe.)
