 Dancing With the Stars 2
Anyone dumb enough to watch this show like me? If so, then can you explain why Master P is still there? Is there a better reason than "The black people are voting for him"?
At least Stacy is still there. I could tolerate the elimination of Kenny, Tatum and Giselle. But if P is not gone next week, then there's really something wrong.

Yep. P doesn't even dance! He just stands there, bobbing up and down, while his professional dancing partner does all the work (the twirly's and all that stuff). It's sooo terrible, and so obvious too. It's not even subjective. So clearly he has some fanbase, whether it be black people or another "group" of people, that are purposefully voting to keep this guy in.
Yes, annoying.
My favourite, is shockingly, Nick Lachey's brother Drew. I don't understand why he is classified as a celebrity (is anyone who is related to a celebrity a celebrity themselves now?? Or does Drew do something that I just don't know of?). But anyways, of what I have seen of him and his dancing partner, they're very good.
PEACE, Mike.

Matatonio, Nick Lachey isn't on the show. It's his brother Drew. You misread what I said. Heh.

Yeah, Drew was part of 98 Degrees too.
He's my favorite as well. I'd like to actually see him do a slower dance, though, because each week he does the fast, high energy dances. He's always good at them, which is why I'd like to see him do something different.
Stacey Kiebler is good, too. She's my favorite female. But if it comes down to her and Drew, I'm voting for Drew .
I also really like George Hamilton. He's not the greatest dancer, but he's so funny and charismatic. I don't know if anyone watched Big Brother, but for some reason, he really reminds me of Howie from BB6.

I'll do my little celeb-by-celeb analysis a little later, but I think now that Dancing is such a big hit for ABC on two nights where the network suffers greatly, they're going to overkill it. Two cycles a season would be more than enough, but I see ABC possibly getting four cycles a season out of it, just because of what it's doing for the two dead nights for the network. Anyone else think that?

Master P is advancing for the same reason why John Stevens kept on advancing on AI. People like voting for the worst perfromer to see them advance so each week they can get killed by the judges. It was funnier with Stevens b/c Simon would say something new each week to throw him under the bus.

I am insanely bored at the moment, so I'm watching the Dancing With the Stars result show.
I'm still mostly impressed by the wrestler girl (Stacy Keibler, I think?).

Thank the fucking lord above, Master P is gone. Christ. What a waste of TV time.
Do they choose their dances? Because, Drew Lachey always choose the more upbeat dance, and nothing against him (because I think he's the second best on the show, behind Stacy), but I'd like to see him try a slower dance. I don't think he'd hold up as well. But, they all seem to have a mix of slow and fast, so who knows?

Judging by tonight's vote, Stacy is probably not going to win. Sucky. I like Drew and all, but I'm fully supporting Stacy.

I actually didn't watch the results show; I got sidetracked by the Olympics (Again!). What do you mean, tonights vote? Whatever it means, I'm glad. I want Drew to win soo badly. Besides, I heard that Stacy has had ballet training before which, if true, is not fair because she has an advantage over all of them who are learning everything from scratch. Drew has been consistant every single week and if he wins he more than deserves it. I also think it's a lot harder for guys to pick up on ballroom dancing than it is for girls which makes me even happier that he's doing so well and has a chance of winning.
Edit: Yep, she has had professional dance training before:
Quote: Stacy studied ballet, tap and jazz for 14 years at the Jean Kettell Studio of Dance in Dundalk, MD. She was one of the first Baltimore Ravens cheerleaders. She won a contest and became a member of the Nitro Girls of World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and later became a diva of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).
That's really not fair to the other contests -- like Lisa Rinna -- who's been busting her ass each week in order to keep up and has really come a long way. And she went home in favor of Jerry Rice who has been trailing for quite awhile already. I never really liked Stacy.. yea, she dances well, but no wonder. When everyone else had to learn how to have a correct posture and how to move elegantly around the dancefloor and not let their nerves get the best of them, she had fourteen years of experience that they didn't have. Not cool.

Meh. It's not like the people running the show didn't know this. If the information is easily accessible for you and I to find it, then it can't be that big of a deal. Besides, it's not like she's an expert in all the unique dances she does. Just because an actor can do drama doesn't mean he can easily pull off comedy.

I've always been a huuuge Drew supporter, and that's no secret, but after tonight, he definately deserves to win. His freestyle was freaking AMAZING. It was just.. wow. And his paso was amazing just like it was the other two times. He def. deserves the win.

I don't regularly watch this but have seen a random episode and a couple more performances here and there.
If Drew doesn't win, I don't know what the point of the show is.
And damn is he cuter than I thought he was

Actually.... I really like the girl too. She's cute and quite good. I'm randomly watching segments and just caught her recap thing.
