Roy's little temper tantrum was over the top (Though I buy that he would've lost his shit), but otherwise it was a pretty good episode.
And I I hope Toby's pathetic attempts to woo Pam pay off somehow.

About 3 minutes of crap but 5 seconds of new stuff at the end, teasing the next episode which will air on April 5th.

I just watched all of season 3 in a matter of two days. It's still funny, but nowhere near as good as season 2.

I think Jim should stay with whatsherface, and the common plot device "The Love Triangle" be banished from entertainment hence forth.

To be fair, Squee, the show started with a love triangle from the first episode. I agree they are annoying and overused though.
That clip I posted at the end has a few seconds of a Roy/Jim confrontation from the next episode. I'm surprised no one here has commented on it.

Nice recap. I liked it. I'm very anxious to rewatch all three seasons, to compare the third season to the second season. If there are mistakes made, I'm sure the writers will have them ironed out by Season 4. I hope, anyway.

i think the show gets better as the show progresses. I like season 3 better than 2. The humor isnt as great but the storytelling is much better.

But since the point of a comedy is to be funny, I don't know if that really counts as better.
Personally, I think there have been moments this season that have surpassed (in humor and otherwise) season 2, but as a whole, it's not as wonderful. Still great, but they need to stop having episodes like the wedding one. And stop concentrating so much on the Jim/Pam stuff. They were much better at handling that before.

Stupid DirecTV lied to me and said they couldn't install a dish, so I have no TV until next week. Fuckers. But I will be downloading!

The Office shouldn't have done the "Jim going to Stamford" storyline. It was a great idea, but it slowed the show down a lot.
And I still don't get Andy. I'm hoping for something better when he returns, but I don't love the character at all.

I actually really liked that storyline and love Andy, except in the last episode he was in. My problem really has to do with the loss of subtlety with the Jim/Pam stuff, and the way they are trying to prove all the Michael haters right. He really is becoming just a caricature, which I hate, because I really do love Michael, even when he is annoying.

Tonight's episode was very good that was made even better by the ending. I'm actually kind of glad to see that Andy's back. It should setup some decent plotlines for the final few episodes.

Mildly disappointed episode, but it sure came back in the end. Loved how the Jim/Roy confrontation ended. A bit too much Michael stuff in this one. Andy's returning monologue was fantastic though as well as his entrance.

Amen to that.
Loved this episode. I missed this show so much. Darryl! And Creed! Angela looked ugly tonight for some reason. The weird hair really didn't suit her.

I thought that was the best episode since the premiere. It was consistently funny throughout with some great belly laughs (The bookends of Dwight pepper-spraying), and Michael was at the right level of dimness throughout the episode (Using Wikipedia for information on debating, "But you just said 15%"), Jim/Pam drama that wasn't too soapy, and a couple wonderful Creed scenes ("In a way, you did"). Loved it.
And Andy's back, YES!
