Meet the Fockers broke the Tuesday record.
If The Aviator follows the pattern of The Talented Mr. Ripley, which I expect, it will have a $8.8M weekend.
I expect a lot of people to have high derby scores this weekend since the only thing we need to do is to find a similar movie in 1999 and use its daily pattern as reference.

Tommorow, Fockers will make 100m. Looks like Ocean's won't until the weekend.
I still think Snicjets will do a good deal over 100m - maybe 125?

The Phantom of the Opera is doing decent numbers. I hope they give it a slight expansion this weekend since there are no new releases anyway. I see around $4.2 million this weekend for a $15.5 million total. With further expansions it should make $35+ million at least, I'd say.

If The Aviator follows the pattern of The Talented Mr. Ripley, which I expect, it will have a $8.8M weekend.
I expect a lot of people to have high derby scores this weekend since the only thing we need to do is to find a similar movie in 1999 and use its daily pattern as reference.
Well, the same could have happened last weekend as well and yet it didn't.

But the deadline for last week's derby was Wednesday, a day earlier than usual, and Wednesday does give a lot of information. My score would've improved by 10 points if predicted a day later, as UC5 showed. Also, more importantly, we had 4 new openers and 2 expansions last week. We have none this week. It's all holdovers, and we have some folks here who are pretty good with those.

Great numbers all around. Lemony Snicket is holding up much better this week. Hopefully it will lead to an excellent weekend.

Warner Bro paid $19 million to acquire North America distribution rights, so I hope this movie could make $38+ million in US.

Ah I forgot the Derby. I stopped playing it a while ago, maybe I should restart eventually.

Lemony Snicket continuing to perform impressively = . If it can remain over $5M throughout the week, I think it could top $18M this weekend. That would be beyond cool. Good for National Treasure too, just needs to keep chugging along to collect that $160M it needs.

National Treasure's numbers are still impressive. Before its release I thought it would be lucky if it made it to $80 million. Guess I was wrong.

Meet the Fockers is doing bloody amazing, despite dropping every day, its still doing brilliant, look at its nmbers i hope its actually good though, and not just inflated due to Christmas holidays.
Lemony Snicketts is doing pretty bad tbh It will make $100 Million eventually, but it wont be as big of a hit as i imagined it would, well, It'll be another hundred millioner for Jim Carrey
Oceans 12 not doing aswell as i thought it would prior to release either But will make $100M soon which will settle my gripe with it. Wont beat first film, but as long as it beats Bourne Supremacy, ill be happy
Whats teh Aviator doing? :? I hope it will pick up its numbers after/before/during or around the Oscars
Polar Express, amazing!!!!!! I love it that its doing so well
As is The Incredibles!!!! Should defeat Harry Potter soon, HAAAAA HAAAAAAA

Lemony Snicket is going to hit $100 million! It was a good movie, but these numbers are disappointing.
