It's pretty amazing how this movie took off. And yes, it does deserve every penny. :-)

:( Looks like LS will either be under or a little over 100 million. It's a shame though, it was a great movie.

Great legs after a 58% drop and with the desolate wasteland of January? I smell a brainfart.

It will manage a 3 multiplier, yes, but only because of Christmas. Probably should have released it this weekend rather than last.

Meet the Fockers almost did $70 million 5-day. There was a lot of underprediction from some people on this one. It's going to make over $200 million, definently. Lemony Snicket's is surprising. I was sure that this would have the usual 4-5x multiplier atleast, but it'll barely get over a 3x multiplier, which is really sad.

There is nothing wrong with it's opening. The 2-day skewed it.

Amazing For Meet the Fockers, it has great word of mouth and its doing very well. It should pass 200m.

Horrible for Lemony, a -58% is very bad, very bad.

We couldn't get in to The Aviator last night... sold out everywhere. But it wasn't playing at every theater.

And it is a 3 hour movie.

Glad for the Fockers as some reviews here said it is a pleasant movie.

Not surprised at the BO. And it makes me happy.

- Stiller has been hot the past couple of years
- Deniro / Hoffman combo
- Babs return
- Love of the first Parents movie

Lots of draws for the BO crowd.

I'm seeing it tomorrow or Tuesday with a couple of my Friends, I hope I like it as much as the first one.

I think that they did a fantasic job by not dissappointing people because most people liked it. Its definitly going to have better legs than I thought it would have in the beginning.

Most people like it a lot because the trailers are misleading. It's actually hilarious.

@Zingaling- Thats what I keep hearing, I was worried after I saw the trailer, because it seemed boring, but many are saying that they are misleading the movie. It doing great and broke the record for top Christmas day, not only broke but killed it.
