I've never heard of her until recently on the cover of Entertainment Weekly and her Cover Spread showing her to appear to be Nude when if you look real closely, she's not.. Before this thread was hijacked...Lindsay Lohan is actually a talented actress. I'm not a fan of her singing, but she was very good in both Freaky Friday and Mean Girls.
I agree. The problem with these media darlings is that the image tends to overshadow their work. I don't think it's fair to them in that regard, but seeing how Lohan has been, if not embracing the attention, at least not trying to steer away from it, she is not entirely innocent herself. One way she could have tried to tone it down would have been by making the topic of her single, say, something other than how the attention is really stressing her out and how everyone wants to know everything about her, how it's all about "me, me, me", which is what it basically is.
That being said, no one should write her off acting-wise. She needs to prove herself more down the line, but she's been in the business for quite sometime and is getting better.

I did, and yes I was being serious. It was spam, which I'm assuming is why it was deleted?
The only reason why the / thread gets a pass is because of its sentimental value, but the thread itself is a joke everyone is in on.

That thread turned into a spam fest not out of intention. I wanted it to end up creating a nice set of long sentences that would make up this unintelligible yet hopefully entertaining whole, but the sentence fragments that were submitted were really, really...sexual.
Anyways, I don't really care. In hindsight it would have been better just to ignore it.

Lol, you don't need to apologize
It's no biggie.
One positive thing is that this forces me to account for my future threads Unless I want to look like a hypocrite

Hmmm...you already are a hypocrite boxie... jk
All my point was, is that these boards...are more loose, and not so rule governed. NOt to say we would let ANYTHING go, but it was just joke.

Hey, where's the hypocrasy (crazy person in front points at box and says: here, you fool!)
Well, I agree that diversity is key, obviously. I mean, I'd shoot myself (well, rather I'd stop visiting Water Cooler) if all there was were those political threads...
