I don't think plugging the column is appropriate any more. I think you all know exactly where to visit if you want to catch updates, And i was only keeping this in rotation because I felt it was my duty since it started here. But I don't have the time to do it any more.

Ya srsly, this thread has had a long and popular run, but it's over. It's become redundant and i'd like to spend less time on this site and more time on forums that don't feel like a playground. I'm certainly done with posting in The Water Cooler. KJ for me will only be about movies and media from now on.

I guess I just realised that the five or so users Im actually here for really post nowhere near enough for this place to be worthwhile. Everyone else is on the assult of me and I really dont have the time or energy to come on and defend myself every evening.

I'll proabably be around on the other forums still, so long as the campaign to wear me down until i eventually dissappear doesn't follow me.

Why defend yourself then? If someone makes a comment linking you to Getluv that you don't like (for example), just ignore it (and them). If there's only five users you like (and I think realistically it's probably more like 5 - 10 that you DON'T like), only talk to those five. But, oh well...sticking to media/film forums works too. On the other hand, I have found from experience that if you stick with just the threads/forums/people you enjoy on a particular forum, sooner or later you'll find yourself rarely ever showing up. So if you can cut it out altogether, maybe that would be less hassle. On the third hand, chances are I have no idea what I'm talking about, so maybe you should just not read this paragraph and do whatever ycare to.

When people really fucking annoy me it provokes me to have this desire to just tell them exactly what I think of them. Offline and in other forums, very few people fall into this category. On KJ there is a huge proportion of people who fall into this category, just because movie buffs all think they are totally smart and this place is like one giant popularity contest.
I've always had this enormous lack of self control on this website. I've spurted lots of stuff i was just not even thinking about and as Titwank i really put the foot down on that.

But now thats done theres this refusal to let it die by basically the site staff. I doubt very strongly this website will ever allow me to just be the normal poster i actually am just because so many bridges have been burned and so many people I have grown to dislike and have grown to dislike me. People don't laugh enough here.

You'd think there would have to be a moment of clarity when you realize that your problems on a message board aren't because of everyone around you.

I don't even fucking know you, I've never once said anything bad to/about you, and yet you've always found away to jump on the bandwagon. I guess there actually are enough high horses to go around on this website, so much so that you're basically allowed to attack anyone, even if you are a mod.

Outside of these forums I can count on one hand how many arguments ive had online. And on one finger how many fights ive had offline. So maybe, just maybe, the mob and bully mentally of the incompetent idiots who run this website are what creates the atmosphere here, and im one of many disposible scapegoats who have the blame pinned firmly on them.

You should be thankful that im here to make your actions seem like responses to irrationality. Becuase if i left i doubt it'd take the people here very long to see how things actually are here.
