AAAAAAAAHHHHHH

To be continued, my foot.

I have a horrible feeling Cirie will lose the fire challenge to Danielle. UGH.

Also, it's remarkable how Terry continues his rapid swan dive into asshole territory with every passing episode.

"Is that where we put our torch?" (to an adult woman)

"Jeff, you didn't say that blah blah blah blah! Aras is taking a long time! Blah blah blah blah"

Not to mention he could've easily forced Cirie out if he were actually intelligent by giving the idol to Danielle since he had to have known they wouldn't risk voting for him, but, of course not. Give away the idol even though it has no value to you anymore? Oh, what nonsense! Seriously, Terry is one of the most strategically incompetent players I've seen in this game in quite a while.

And to think I liked him at the beginning of the season. I actually like *Aras* now, just because he's no longer icky like Terry is now.

Yeah, especially since the idol is going to obsolete next week anyway.

I kind of hope that he makes it to the final two though, along with Cirie. It would be interesting to see the player who dominated the competition aspect of the game square off against the player who mastered the strategic component.

I hope he does too (with Cirie!) because she would beat him...

Actually, Cirie would probably beat everyone left, except maybe Aras, which would be harder to call.

Oh, come on... Aras was being as much of a dick as Terry with all his dirty play/cheating and snotty comments. They both had their moments this time around. Also I went back on the DVR and Jeff did indeed say once you count the items you have to come back to the station. Terry was right there and was following Jeff's directions.

I sincerely doubt Terry would win no matter what happens or how he acted, but his one major flaw has been to flaunt his victories and make comments like he will win the million. He doesn't seem to realize that he needs votes from the jury. However, it's not like Casaya hasn't been as cocky as hell since day 1 of the merge, either!

One thing I forgot to add... I thought it was very smart of Terry to keep the Idol, even though it had no value after this show. He would be taking a HUGE risk to give it to Danielle. What is to say that she wouldn't tell Aras that Terry gave it to her, and was vulnerable? The point is there is no guarantee, and I think in this game you should never give up your immunity.

Since Terry doesn't have a shot in hell to win this thing with the jury, I'm rooting for Danielle. She's as worthless as Cirie, but slightly cuter. I can't stand Aras, if I could pick one NOT to win it, it'd be him. I'll live with Terry, Cirie, or Danielle winning it.

I know who wins the challenge, but I obviously won't give anything away.

Terry really was a crybaby asshole in this episode, even more than ever. That immunity challenge was hilarious. And Aras showed a nice amount of heart in this episode, he wouldn't be that bad of a winner at all.

Cirie's been the mastermind behind all of the recent vote-offs. I really wouldn't consider her worthless, Tony.

I always seem to always be on the opposite side of the fence of Cotton, Shack, and Libs when it comes to reality TV. The only rational explanation is that they drink a lot when they're watching these shows. There can be no other explanation!

But seriously, I seem to gravitate toward the older self-confident middle aged men (Taylor and Terry), whereas you guys like the loser underdogs (Cirie and Elliot). I'm not sure what that means, but I think it probably says that you hate your fathers, or something.

I should really switch professions and go into psychology...

I highly disagree. Aras may have been acting snotty and juvenile, but Terry deserved it for acting like such a patronizing jerk.

Actually, I thought Terry was making some valid points about the challenge instructions (a rewind of the DVR shows he WAS right) and Aras was making extremely juvenile comments and even making up bold face lies to directly attack Terry's character. I would have loved to see what you would say if the situation was reverse and it was Terry making up stuff to attack Aras with. I somehow doubt you'd suddenly like Terry more.

Terry never sank that low ever in this competition. You may find him arrogant, but he's not out attacking the other contestants.

How do you explain Terry addressing Cirie as if she were a naughty three-year-old, then?

That was stupid on Terry's part. Terry definitely gets condescending at times and I think it's his one major flaw. He'd be much better off to bite his tongue and take a page from Cirie's book by droping to the background in a hostile group. However, he didn't personally attack Cirie. Bitching that she dropped her torch in front of him to trip over, is not the same as Aras making stuff up that Terry hates women.

It takes two to argue, and it's not like Cirie embraced or treated Terry fairly from day 1 of the merge, either. I distinctly remember her being very arrogant (along with the entire Casaya tribe) toward the smaller tribe. So, I tend to think you look at Terry through rose colored glasses and see only the parts you want to see... The same behavior (or worse) you villify Terry for has been dispalyed by those you root for.

My dislike for Terry somehow grew during this episode but I don't want to dwell on it. I think he is one my least favorite contestants in the history of the show, really. He's at least top five.

Cirie & Aras really shouldn't have made it so obvious that they had a final two pact, I think they should have been doing everything possible to convince Danielle that she was going with them to the finals. But considering Aras won immunity and Terry is basically immune to the vote, such a strategy wouldn't have really helped matters much. Unless Danielle wanted to be a sacrificial lamb the vote would have ended in a tie either way. and I agree with Tony that it would have been a boneheaded move for Terry to hand Danielle the Idol, there was no reason for him to take the chance plus Danielle has already proved she can't be trusted by Terry (with the Courtney vote).

What I do wonder though is why Cirie told Danielle what the tiebreaker challenge would likely be?? If I were her I'd have told Danielle that you have to put out the other person's torch using only a straw or crack walnuts with your teeth (Danielle would do VERY well at such a challenge) or something like that.

Should be an interesting finale...Cirie winning would be the best case scenario for me, though if it can't be her Aras wouldn't be a bad choice either. Danielle would be a meh winner (though I can't figure out how she could possibly win the vote considering how much the jury seems to dislike her) and Terry would be awful, like Chris winning Vanuatu.

Haerpinot, I thought you were in the already spoiled camp? Or are you just trying to disregard all that, at look at it like you know nothing. I've been trying to do that too, but everything has gone exactly the way it said, it's not really working.

Well I am somewhat spoiled but things get really muddy once we get to the final three. As far as I know there is no definitive spoiler as to who will actually win or even make the final two.

Yeah, I've heard every different scenario for the final 2. However, I know one thing for sure...

[spoil]Terry beats Cirie! :hump: [/spoil]

[spoil] Ha I figured you knew that when you brought up the "if Terry beats Cirie he is a better player..." argument. Sigh at least I am mentally prepared for Cirie's ouster, may Terry's elimination be a complete shock to you!

The most interesting final three spoiler I think is the Danielle betting spoiler. The betting spoilers have been notoriously accurate at predicting the winner, but in this case it is not in line with any of the other final spoilers and also makes the least sense if you look at where Danielle stands with the jury.

At this point I'm leaning towards an Aras victory...I think editing-wise it makes the most sense. It's too late for Terry to be getting a negative edit, and Danielle is too much of a "who?" to win considering Danni just won last season. [/spoil]

Cirie would be another mark on the long list of horrible winners (Vecepia, Sandra, that chick last year). Let's hope she loses.

Well... me and Tony will wish.

Those crappy winners are the ones that I forget a month down the road. Survivor is not like AI, where I could name every winner in a moments notice. People like Vecepia or Cirie are the ones I would forget about next week if they won.

Oh well... it looks like it's me an you against the world on this one, X.

It's probably too much to ask that Terry would win, but if he can just outlast Cirie I would feel it a large moral victory.

[spoil]All the spoilers seem to point to Aras finishing in the top 2. The only way I see him in there is if he beat Terry for the final immunity, and I don't see Aras taking Terry to the finals as he hates him. So, while I've heard some different spoilers that suggest Terry and Aras, I just can't figure out how that would happen.

So, I think it is definitely Aras and Danielle. If that's the case I could see Danielle having a good shot at beating Aras. She'll get Terry's vote, Bruce's vote, and would get that one guy's vote that she was on Exile island with. Courtney would definitely be voting Aras as would Cirie. That leaves Shane and some other girl (I think?). If Danielle can sneak one of those votes, she'd have it locked up. It could happen.

Oh well, I'm just happy knowing Terry will beat Cirie... and yes I knew that earlier and was hoping to bait you into my trap, but it didn't work. Still it has to hurt knowing your "master strategist" is only finishing 4th place.[/spoil]
