It says private forums for very private things. How private? Is it a confessional forum where people who have small penises discuss their problems? Is it a forum for mods say things in private and call individual posters losers and laugh in their face? Is it a forum about corporate takeover?

It is a place where forums are created. These forums are private in nature (meaning only certain people can see them).

There use can be anything from an extensive article or feature being developed for the main site, to an awards ceremony for the forum. Whoever is developing the article, awards, game, whatever ... asks for a private forum, and provides a list of those they need to have access. If it is approved, they get a forum there.

Can you get a private forum for yourself?

Fulfilling a certain type of purpose, normally integrally related with the forum or the main site.

If Krem wants to start allowing anyone to have them, thats on him. As for now, thats not happening!

Thats weird Eagle, I thought Krem was the site admin and you quit handling it. You seem to be answering most of the questions that an admin would know. Unless Krem is the fake Ra-Ghul and you are the real Ra Ghul

I quit any moderation regarding members.

Krem handles the promotion or demotion of all mods, all the disciplinary action, etc etc. I have nothing to do with this.

I still help with regards to moding (code wise) the forum (Krem also helps with this when he has time) and anything related to the main site or forum structure.

Just an FYI - guess after you guys figure it out > you will put up an announcement in that private forum to explain it better.

Note, seeing that forum empty and with all of the supposely new members entering KJ, I still think someone should put an annoucement in that private forum to say what it is for and how it is used. I think it would look better.
