 Stickied threads for ongoing shows
To provide easier access to threads about ongoing television shows (examples: The Apprentice, Lost, CSI, etc - anything that runs for an extended period of time), all "official" threads about these shows will be stickied to prevent both duplicates and a lot of searching. If there is not enough interest in the given show/thread, it will be unstickied.
If anyone has any objections, please let me know.

Can someone please stick the UK thread. Its basically where we compress chatter of all UK shows/showings into one thread.

How is this going to work for the upcoming season? I don't think requesting a sticky thread and getting one is a good idea, because it might be a show that only has a few viewers here. How are you going to determine which to sticky? Desperate Housewives, Lost, and a few of the reality shows seem to have big enough fanbases at WOKJ, so I'm sure they'll get stickied, but how are you planning on handling the other shows?

I don't know, the ones that have enough interest will be stickied.

I guess that's the only way to handle it, or else you'd have a sticky mess. *rimshot*
Also, if you asked me, the forums need a better name than "TV" to kickstart the new season with, but nobody asked me.

Libs,
I'm all for the stickies, but with the new season on the way and the first page almost half-way filled up with stickies already, I'm thinking we could still maintain the official 'show' threads but maybe just not sticky them? Just to, yanno, not make the first page so cluttered with a huge list of stickies, some of which people rarely post in.
I could do whatever, though. Just an idea.

Yeah, I can't just sticky every single show that's on the air, as people are now making discussion threads for a lot of sitcoms, which didn't happen last year.
We'll have to work around it.
