If it's any consolation, I can't even see your avatar, probably because the company I work for blocks images from that website.

Hmm ... well i'll keep in mind that the movie is coming out this week. for now, i request people to be mindful of their avatars. won't force it right now though .. the movie is recent .. i expect avatars to change back to something else shortly. if the trend continues, we'll try to work something out. for now, please .. for the sake of everyone else, try to keep your avatars different.

There's probably more but my mind is already messed up because of those few! Without a picture , I can't tell them apart! Ya know I just wish there was some way of associating a post with a specific member of the forum without an image that couldn't be duplicated. Perhaps if it was located just above the picture it could be useful. We could make them with consenants, vowels and maybe if we want to get crazy even the occasional number. It would only take a split second to recognize and read it and only a basic level of literacy would be required for it to work...A man can dream, can't he?

l agree. It really is a pain. Words above the pictures or not, the avatar is the first thing someone sees, no matter what. l see that avatar, l think, Libs, no, moviedude, no, spider-man, and then l get confused. And have to deliberately look at the name. Sometimes l would anyway, but here l have to no matter what. For example, when l see Alf dancing, l know it's me. l can go ahead and read the post without ever looking for ''kypade''.

After Red Eye is a distant memory a week from now, I'm sure some will drop the avatar and the problem will solve itself. And Libs you may have gotten it from Yahoo but it is photobucket hosting yours, that must be what Krem's place is blocking.
