I am slightly disappointed that others turn their back to the problems you create, knowing full well we'll just go through your antics sometime in the near future when your mood swings yet again. If half the people around here had a backbone they'd tell you what they think. I am certain there are others that agree with me, but just bite their tongue.

For those who do not like Maverikk at all, and won't say so to his face, it's simply because we don't need fuel on this raging fire. I've had my differences with Mav, and I resolved them. I wouldn't suggest anyone else to "add fuel to the fire" when we don't need it.

Which is why I suggested that Eagle formulate some site related questions and ask people to send him PM responses. Ideally a thread discussion is better but if people flare up into arguments then it keeps us from being able to bring up touchy issues without further enflaming things. Larry... that is a HELL of a long way from you saying I "badgered" you to get the mods/admins to look into the issue. I said repeatedly in the open forum that I never said what either you or loyal did was right, but that loyal wasn't the one constantly carrying on and crying about it. I said I had no problem with you looking into it... why would I? There is a big difference.

So, now you've lied about that. You lied about having the PMs (very convenient, eh?). You lied about your apology (which obviously was not sincere).

When I get a chance, I'll compile a list of the insults you directed my way in the open forum and in PMs (there are a ton of examples). And, I would invite you to find once where I insulted you before this thread (you won't find many, if any). Sorry Baumer but I disagree. Like for one example, your stir the pot comment. That is exactly the type of comment that I would have discussed in the past and maybe most people would not understand why I was discussing it but I know it is an incorrect comment and I would fight / dispute it and then others would be jumping in and ganging up on me. Someone said that I never admit I am wrong, that is wrong because I do when I am wrong. In general, I have a very well thought out process so usually very early on, I have a reason for what I say. Therefore, if my reasons were logical, there is nothing to apologize for. I am just stating my opinion.

In general, I do not know how intelligent I am but I have lots of common sense, street smarts and am very analytical. In my life and even in business, I am usually very good at analyzing situations and making suggestions. There are many people, posts, threads that I have no interest in so I ignore them. However, like most of the big posters here, when I am involved in a discussion, I fight passionately about my ideas. There are alot of people here who love to join in on the group gang mentality. If you want to discuss something, discuss it but many people here love to go negative instead of discussing the facts.

Those are some of the reasons that I posted my suggestions in my prior above post.

In addition, yes, maybe that first comment was wrong but also there is a lot of frustration on my part. However, hopefully, any good ideas will still be looked at


- How people in general talk to each other.
- How people go over the line with inappropriate talk - just read through this thread and you can see by the comments by the posters that there are about 10 people that should be under the same type of watch that I am under daily by the MODS.
- There is nothing wrong with cliques, people have a right to talk to who they want, but it is wrong to gang up on people, allow that to happen or for the site to show favoritism.
- On Eagle's question about the Mods - I would think that the MODS job when acting as a MOD are there to maintain order and report back.
- And about when the MODS are posting - if they are posting then the way that they post and the language that they use should fall into the rules as what is acceptable posting language for any user.

Simply, everyone posting style and language should contain limits and should be monitored with limits. Anyone ever here of the legal concept Blind Justice.
