1. Did you, or did you not give out your info when the site crashed on Oscar Night? Yes or no. That's not too tricky, because while it may mean the later email (this is the first I've heard of it) may be out of line, but its not stalking. Something of which I've heard you accuse members of, in public and via pm to me, and which I find preposterous.

2. Now, when you got this new email. Did you say leave me alone? Did he?

3. What the hell does that have to do with the dozen posts bashing everyone from MikeQ to Tony? Collapsing your grievances may not really be an effective way to handling a concern.

4. In regards to the silly poster awards fiasco, I'd think that since all the members apparently "jumped to the wrong conclusion" about the event, that's it the proof mods don't talk to members about modding business.

Most likely its because you're quite a transparent poster when you're upset, and its not hard to make certain deducations.

Perhaps you should think out the information before accusing others in much the similar fashion you demand everyone else do the same.

Mav, I genuinely enjoy your presence on the boards. Cos although I may disagree with you - and a lot of the time even dislike you - you sure can be a lot of fun to read and, occasionally, argue with.

But how the hell did your ego get to the size it's at?! It appears to have taken over all your logic circuits! I've never issued a single complaint about anyone on this site. The only correspondence I have with karl or baba is regarding the stuff I do for the main page. now lets take mav's accusation about the tony thing and see where this takes us right?

Tony = loyal's best friend on the board.
Mav = person (whether right or wrong) who has created a ruckus about loyal on several occasions
tony= person who has been involved in these arguments on the forum itself with mav on many occasions.
mav = person who sends pm to each mod informing them about what he disapproves of
mav = person who posts message stating how he has lost faith in the members here.
forum members = people who reply back and send countless messages and pms regarding this entire situation and what this is all about.
mav = person who is constantly claiming here theres no honor cept in him. frankly, you keep stating how you did nothing more than send one message to eagle or whatever about not disclosing votes yet eagle put the pm out to prove it was wrong. the fact taht you sent others pm to shows you weren't being honest. so in the entirety of this situation, i haven't the faintest of clue how many OTHER people were informed of the situation that had taken place BY YOU!
half the people on this forum i've ever spoken to have mentioned you had some issues with the voting that took place. lord knows what infos been communicated to them from whoever.

i don't remember what what the registration form itself asks for but whatever information you plugged in there, if the admins of the board choose to check, we can go to the database and look it up. This however, does not apply to forum passwords, something that even the forum admins have absolutely no access to.

User's personal information is never checked by the admins unless the situation calls for it. I have had to do so twice only with 2 users who never posted here, due to a security risk.

Mods and admins have access to every IP you've ever logged in for. while actual IPs have never been provided to anyone on the forum, the origin IP of one ex forum member was listed out here and as far as i'm concerned, with good reason.

Box and others, just to clarify, my phone number wasn't found on the site, physically. But, Mav likes to use the excuse of "what if someone got dolce's phone number" as his arguement (continuously), so I'm just stating that someone does have my phone number.

Mav needs to understand that not everyone overreacts and not everyone is as paranoid as he is. I didn't make a big deal.

Well, assuming the e-mail address Mav posted in that thread wasn't the one loyal sent a message to, someone had to provide him that e-mail address. I just toyed around at OHMB, and as a mod I can pretty easily access someone's e-mail address, even if they don't want it public. Is it possible a mod friend of loyal's provided Maverikk's e-mail address that he registered with?

Hey, Snrub, I'm not the guy with an avatar like that and bragging myself up in my signature, so you might not be the best person to talk about misguided egos and such, but I do want you to acknowledge dolce's lie to everyone, because you were there when she started attacking me in the main site forum and I told her if she ever did that again, she and I would have a problem. Did you ever see these claims of me beating her up or knocking her teeth out? Of course you didn't, but I was sure just accused of it, wasn't I. I wonder how many people actually think so highly of her that they believed her.

well look, loyal claims that the email came from the oscar night post. once i get home, i'm gonna check on my computer if i still have the copy for that. when the server and site design took place, we threw away all pages we weren't using. if i made that page from home and not from anywhere else, i should have it and we'll have proof.

theres also the question of eagle's pm to mav thats been contested here. that pm was sent to me. i'm hoping it was on my email and not over aol. if its over aol, its lost but if i can filter it in all my emails, i'll try to put that one up to.
