 Subforums
Good? Bad? Useless?
Will they too dilute the forum? What do you think?
I am open to opinions here, I know some people have been asking for them.

Hrmm. I dunno! I think Cinemania would do well with a News and Trailers subforum.
Just wanted to open it up for discussion.
It would look like this:

Cinemania

I honestly like the idea. I really think News, and Trailers should have their own area. It makes them much more easy to access, and it looks more neat and organized. Also, things wouldn't be so scattered, they would be where they belong. I don't think trailers and news belong in Cinemania. I think they deserve their own separate sections. Just my two cents.

Just say no. This site is small and you need to keep the amount of sections small so that people are forced to interact instead of having people scattered all over subforums and specialized sections. If this site got huge traffic then maybe but for a site this small it would be suicide.

I have to agree, until there is a much larger user base i don't think it would be a good idea.

Not good. I already see how the foreign/indie forum suffers from being sectioned off. And that's not even media specific like trailers, etc. Compartmentalizing everything just leads to a non-browseable forum. It would deter "accidental" input and exposure too.
