The Crow is an embarassing flop as expected. Hopefully the holdovers post strong numbers to make up for it.

Only real interesting # this weekend is Coraline. It pulled $1.4M (-47.1%). It barely went up from Thursday's $1.3M but up to $102.8M overall domestic.
It's also done $6M internationally (original run did $49.3M) so will probably get to $160M+ by the time this re-release wraps up.

Plus alien dropped over 25% last Saturday so still might finish under 60% drop which bodes well and the holiday being earlier by a week helps a lot for it to rebound

Re: Blink Twice/The Crow weekend thread Coraline re-release with an under 50% drop and up to $24M ($106M lifetime). This is going to end up maybe at $35M if they let it hang on to theaters and almost half the original's unadjusted run.
Also didn't even know it existed but The Forge did $6.6M with a budget of $5M so seems to be the winnner.

Re: Blink Twice/The Crow weekend thread Alien should do 110m. it did 16.2m and is at 72.6m. Next weekend is Labor day weekend with nothing worthwhile releasing as well. Overseas China is ensuring its going for something close to 400m WW. I would say its a big success for sure.
