Fingers crossed that Mike Lowrey changes the fortunes of the remaining second rounders (which are Gladiator II and Sonic 3) when he rides again. Well, Mike Lowrey did buck the trend, but IF is beginning to hold its own with some nice late legs. Re: 2024 Draft Group 2 Kong x Godzilla is looking more and more impressive by the week. The fact that Bad Boys 4 probably won't reach those heights, and Apes won't either. Pretty great that it almost hit $200m. Out of nowhere, too. The previous films weren't huge or well liked. I guess it just hit at the right time.

I had the 3rd pick in this draft after Deadpool and Joker were taken. It was sitting right there for me!

Re: 2024 Draft Group 2 Inside Out 2 has basically made Riggs a contender. There's a lot to be seen from the rest of his picks but he's now in with a shot whereas before last weekend I didn't think he stood a chance.

I should probably still overtake him in the end but, well, actually it may be close. Hard to tell. He still has his top three picks, though there is an argument to suggest they will all underperform. Hard to tell. We'll see.

Re: 2024 Draft Group 2 The current average for Group 2 is $495 million. Based on that, only two players are doing well; Riggs and flip1.
The Moana and Joker sequels really have to blow up for Flava to come back.

I have been hunting down 4th place for weeks and weeks, and I will just about overtake Shack (who is 4th) in the next day or two ... only for Twisters to come out on Friday and put him straight back ahead of me, lol. The good thing is that Rev is in 3rd place, and only $1m ahead of Shack, so I will overtake him as well, and he has nothing coming out for ages ... by which point I will be over a billion. So I will be fourth soon. Maybe third, too, because I have Wolverine coming out in ten days, and I think that will be infinitely more successful than Twisters. That combined with Horizon 2 (hopefully) moving (and thus getting an instant $80M+ from Longlegs) might save me from my bad picks in rounds 2 and 3. But probably not enough for the win even if Joker hits the $550M limit. Wicked was so close to getting back to me too.
