The GOP will be saved in a few years by the next generation of gay marriage supporting, abortion is okay in some cases, government should supply basic needs but not everything Republicans like myself.

Against the minimum wage, for collapsing federal agencies, loathing of Wickard v. Filburn, ending social security and Obamacare and Medicare and Medicaid? Ending income taxes and adding some sort of sales or consumption tax? Maximization of Second Amendment rights?

These are all pretty standard libertarian positions, except maybe by Gary Johnson.

Me, if you put me on a side it would be left. But I lean right economically. Socially, I lean left. I'm sure there are many issues that I would lean more conservative.

Painting sides as "left" or "right" is so insanely stupid. It treats life/politics like it's a sport, and that one side "wins" and another "loses". This, IMO, is a HUGE reason why the parties are getting so far apart. People don't realize you can be both, you can be many things.

The Democrats win elections by telling minorities they are oppressed by the straight Christian white men and they need the government to protect them from said oppression.They are never the problem, they are always victims. Movements like Black Lives Matter, Feminism, etc., prove this. But people are catching onto their bullshit, which is why Trump won so many swing states this year.

The minorities are not oppressed by a specific group though. I agree, there are racists, sexists and homophobes out there, but they aren't all white straight males.

White privilege is a thing. As is black privilege, male privilege, and female privilege. They are all privileged in different ways and we need to stop pretending blacks are slaves and women cant vote work or not have kids if they don't want them. Everyone has equal protection under the law. Any prejudice anyone experiences is not the governments fault, it's the fault of a few individuals.
