(Part 30) Usually once in the morning, once in the afternoon, once in the evening, I'd say once every 8 hours pretty much...it depends what I eat I guess...this Chinese food is usually quite wet (either oily or condensation because of steaming) and my stomach processes that more quickly to the waste channel for me.
