Anyone else watch this tonight?

I thought the two-hour premiere was fun. I can totally understand why someone wouldn't like it though - it's very mean spirited and very, very Ryan Murphy. Anyone that's not already a fan of the things he's done won't like this and it's definitely got a few issues it needs to work out. But I bought into the camp value a lot and found many of the jokes hilarious. Emma Roberts, Jamie Lee Curtis, Nasim Pedrad and Niecy Nash were the standouts so far. Skyler Samuels is bland but also has the most straightforward role.

Anyways, I'll definitely keep watching. I think it has potential. And I like the anthology format this is using where the survivors of this season will go on to the next with a new storyline/series of murders, etc.

This is 100% Ryan Murphy....

Which means I'm dying while watching it.

Oh, and Lea Michele was actually GREAT.

I can't bring myself to like her one at all. But the rest of the cast is aces with Jaime Lee Curtis and Roberts owning every scene they're in.

Some of it was fun, most of it was messy. I'll keep watching, Emma Roberts plays such a good bitch. Nick Jonas was pretty good too.

LMAO this was a hot mess of the highest order and I thoroughly enjoyed myself for most of it.

Ariana Grande tweeting her own murder, as well as the lawnmower death of Deaf Taylor Swift both kinda killed me tbh.

Emma Roberts and Niecy Nash were super on point. Although, I hope Legend Jamie Lee Curtis gets better material than...whatever the hell she had going on during these two episodes.

WTF? I don't even know how that's possible considering how much it was promoted.

This is re-airing on Thursday night too and will probably have a solid DVR lift. It was also the #1 trending topic on Twitter last night for hours. I really don't understand why FOX has such an issue with Tuesday nights though.

This is disappointing. The pilot wasn't perfect but I'm 100% for a show like this that is high-concept and not some bullshit procedural of the week like "Rosewood" being on network TV.

This beat every new series last night in women 18-34, arguably the target audience. And FOX is expecting a lot of online viewing, etc. So we'll see what happens.

I don't think this show will last, unfortunately. Reaction seems very mixed.

I wouldn't be so sure. Let's wait on the digital numbers and L+3 numbers before jumping to conclusions. This is Ryan Murphy and a big passion project for him and I don't think FOX is going to bite the bullet on this so quickly with that in mind. They kept the fucking "Following" on for 3 years because Kevin Bacon was in it and his deal with them at the time was considered groundbreaking (and was replicated for Viola Davis in "HTGAWM" and seems to be a staple of shows now that want big name movie stars).

This exceeded my expectations big time. Emma Roberts was amazing. As was Jamie Lee Curtis and it's nice to see Oliver Hudson again. It kept me guessing throughout. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Hopefully the numbers will pick up and it being on Hulu helps.
This is what Scream the tv series should've been. Fun! Like the movies.

Yes.

The Following had good numbers during season 1. It only tanked in the latter half of season 2. Not sure why they gave it another season. Scream Queens is getting bad numbers off the bat. It will get a full season, but if these numbers don't improve it will be canned.

It's definitely way over the top. Unless they find a balance soon it will become like the excruciating Glee.

I absolutely loved this. So funny, but also edge of your seat thrilling.
