Why will XXX 2 open that much more than XXX, 2 Fast 2 Furious, Bad Boys 2, Van Helsing, Hitch, I, Robot, 8 Mile, etc.?

April 1st:
Beauty Shop: $14M(5)$37M total (Want this to do really well, but feel it's being over predicted)
Sin City: $28M/$83M

April 8th:
Sahara: $15M/$36M
Fever Pitch: $17M/$57M

April 15th:
The Amityville Horror: $25M/$62M

April 22nd:
The Interpreter: $20M/$57M
A Lot Like Love: $8M/$26M

April 29th:
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: $21M/$60M
xXx: State of the Union: $34M/$95M

April looks awesome, but i think some of the movies are going to dissapoint.

SIN CITY, FEVER PITCH, AMITYVILLE HORROR and HITCHHIKERS could all be breakouts.

BEAUTY SHOP, ALOT LIKE LOVE, XXX2 and SAHARA could all bomb.

Ones i want to see succeed:
Sin City (Trailer, Cast, Director)
Beauty Shop (Cast, hilarious trailer)
Fever Pitch (Drew Barrymore)
The Amityville Horror (One of my most anticipated of the Year)
A Lot Like Love (Love Ashton and Amanda!)

Given the rate at which openings increase (9%-10% a year) an opening of 57m would be more or less equal by 2005 standards to all those other action films.

My rough predictions:

SIN CITY - 75-80 Million final
SAHARA - 15 Million opening/45 Million final
FEVER PITCH - 13 Million opening/42-45 Million final
THE AMITYVILLE HORROR - 28-29 Million opening/86 Million final
THE INTERPRETER - 11 Million opening/33-35 Million final
A LOT LIKE LOVE - 9 Million opening/25-29 Million final
HITCHHIKERS GUIDE TO THE GALAXY - 7 Million opening/20 Million final
xXx: STATE OF THE UNION - 23 Million opening/65 Million finish

Maybe HITCHHIKER will make more than I said, but I could see it doing that horrible. It looks so bad and will bomb.

UPDATED:

April 1st:
Beauty Shop: $14M(5)$37M total (Want this to do really well, but feel it's being over predicted)
Sin City: $28M/$83M (I was bang on with the opening :))

April 8th:
Sahara: $15M/$36M (Smell a bomb, looks like shite. And the studio have been lazy with it's marketing, it's so bland)
Fever Pitch: $17M/$57M (Marketing is very heavy, Drew Barrymore is a draw, especially in Rom Coms)

April 15th:
The Amityville Horror: $25M/$62M (Possibly below $25M now, don't see it making more than the high profile SIN CITY did ($28M) and that had good reviews, this will likely, not.)

April 22nd:
The Interpreter: $14M/$37M (Not heard alot about it, looks generic)
A Lot Like Love: $8M/$26M (Looks cute. Ashton and Amanda are great, but it just doesn't seem like a hit)

April 29th:
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: $21M/$60M (One of the hardest movies to predict this year. Looks shite to me)
xXx: State of the Union: $35M/$75M (Should be very very frontloaded, but still open strongly)
