 Insomnia Anyone else got it?
I am really having problems sleeping now. I write for about 2 hours now, but I still can't sleep. I stopped drinking so perhaps this is a side effect to that but that last 4 days have been brutal. Most people say they stop sleeping late after 26 but I just turned 3 days ago and I feel it's the worst it has ever been. I still have been having work as early as 9AM but its just been a problem. And when I have slept 3-5 hours a time it really hurts. Anybody else have this going on? Any remedies, thoughts?

Re: Insomnia I used to have bouts of insomnia (brought on by anxiety, really) but I'm on a pill for it now...I take half a Trazodone (sp?) pill every night and it knocks me out. Low dose but effective. The side effects, at least for me, have been minimal to nonexistent.

Re: Insomnia Well I just watched Casino from start to finish twice in a row. But outside of that I'm good. Getting a lot done. Work has been tough but I finished everything yesterday and leaving for my cruise on Monday. So we shall see
