I hope the inclusion of Battle Royale means Hunger Games is not on this list.

I dig how uniform Corpse's list is. You can say he has great taste or shit taste based on your own viewpoints, but it is easy to trace his favorite stylistic and thematic elements by reading through the list, which I find neat. Feels very idiosyncratic and intensely personal.
I hope this is true of my list. I have considered and revised it with a lot of focus. I want it to truly reflect what amuses, fascinates, moves, scares, etc. me in regard to the film and not have any by-default prestige inclusions or half considered filler.

If it's not Jordan's one, than it's Todd Haynes.

The 2003 Peter Pan has an incredible original score. It is beautiful both in the film and as a standalone listening experience.

Re: Return of the All-Time Top 100 Movie List Thread (Corpse
I goofed when in organizing my Top 100 this week by grouping them in 5's, and actually deleted a film that would have ranked 7th (Edward Scissorhands). Everything from 8-100 is to be moved back one spot (The Crucified Lovers will be knocked off). I'll post a re-cap when I finish tonight to reflect the change. 08. The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993)
"My Dearest Friend, If You Don't Mind... I'd Like To Join You By Your Side. Where We Can Gaze Into The Stars..."
07. Edward Scissorhands (1990)
"Before He Came Down Here, It Never Snowed. And Afterwards, It Did."
06. Coraline (2009)
"She Wants Something To Love, I Think... Something That Isn't Her."
