Post Once Upon a Time Season 2
I was shocked at how high this got on my favorites list last year. When I downloaded Once and Homeland on Monday mornings I watched Once first. I think Once Season 1 was better than like half the Lost seasons. And even Lost's weakest years (2, 4, 6) was TV fan orgasm material so that's saying something. I think everyone who was into Lost might geek out on OUAT if they watched it. It's not only the flashbacks but the character work that's just awesome in a Lost like way. Nobody did face to face arguments/scenes better than OUAT last year

Good article http://www.latimes.com/entertainment/tv ... 6447.story I didn't realize Kitsis/Horowitz have been thinking about this show for a decade

Loved it.

From the looks of it, they are starting to mesh characters form different fairy tales and I'm kinda curious to see who else they gonna use, besides the ones used already and the ones in the promo.

I am still waiting for that epic battle between Regina and the red queen they teased back in season 1.

I thought it was great and love the more dark tone of this season. There are questions like who is the mysterious stranger at the beginning and who the hell is Dr. Whale?

Sick season premiere. I definitely didn't catch the "same wraith" twist early. One of the best shows on TV IMO

Last night's episode was easily one of the best yet. Loved the returns and the ending was surprising.

Regina and Rumple have an amazing chemestry in every scene they have together. Those are my favorites scenes of the whole episode (besides the one where she shows off her magic on that room with the other characters, that scene was perfect.)

Meh episode let's be real, this show suffers without Regina and Rumple.

I do like Cora as a villain and enjoyed the backstory with Snow and Charming.

I hate Aurora and Mulan. The actors playing them are so bad. I hope they don't become regulars.

She's awful on this show. Jamie Chung is worse though.

Last night was a great episode. I loved everything about Hook and it looks like he is teaming up with Cora. They are the two villains this season.

I'm behind, but my god, the 2nd episode of the season is honestly in the mix for best TV episodes I've seen of a show in years. That was spectacular

Yep best episode of the show so far!

Regina getting her magic back and showing off in front of the people at that meeting was PERFECT.

Post Re: Once Upon a Time - Season 2
I loved the young Regina flashbacks/contrasted with the present day one in her last two epis. Nothing better than a villain origin story when you see them as innocent, before the wrong choices they made to send them to the dark side. Still, even the young Regina was clearly damaged and angry already, the monster was there and just had to be brought out.

The scene where she's headed out of the kingdom on the horse and just can't leave the magic/power behind ("because I LOVED it") was one of my favorite of the series... that was the moment/choice for her. Definitely on her way to pantheon TV villain status, the complexity of that character and Rumpelstiltskin is among the best on TV

But every episode so far has been great IMO. The Hook/Rumple feud was done pretty perfectly. Loved the Lancelot intro and actor, it's obvious he's still alive and will end up a regular. Emma and Snow running from ogres was pretty awesome. Have even liked the David/Henry scenes so far. Kora's a bit hammy so far but it works I guess. I'm smitten with this show. The best part is this show has like more juicy story/plot opportunities than like any show ever. The fact that they can bring in Wonderland, Oz, Neverland or new characters whenever they want basically gives them an endless license for awesome shit

Dr Whale's identity is revealed due to the promo for next episode (and people connecting the dots to the name a director of one of the character's movies)

Spoiler: show
Dr Frankenstein

Which is awesome!

This Regina centric episode is probably the best of the show.

Evil Queen is easily one of the best characters in TV right now. She's a really tragic character and now I feel her and approve everything she's done.

Really, watching your loved one die TWICE is almost Kimber from Nip/Tuck tragic.

I can write an essay on how awesome as a character Regina is, at her core she's just a good girl gone bad, but unlike most characters in other shows, you get why she became this evil queen.

Unlike Rumple cuz we know nothing about his plan or why he's doing this, we get and feel why Regina launched the curse (I'd say Cora and Rumple have much more to do with this than Snow)

Oh god, writers have done a wonderful job with her. I am in love with her.

On a side note, the Regina-Cora showdown later this season will be AMAZING.
