Who's the Least Talented Friends Star?
I've recently starting watching this show for the first time - - now that it's in full syndication mode, there are reruns on around the clock.
For me there's no question about who's the least talented actor on Friends - - David Schwimmer - - no contest. The other five are all charming and funny, so I'm not sure why they hired Schwimmer who is neither.

On the show? I'd agree with Schwimmer. Overall? It's a toss up between Schwimmer and Le Blanc. While Joey works in Friends, Le Blanc is not really a talented performer.

Gotta go with Schwimmer. No contest for me.

Re: Who's the Least Talented Friends Star?
I refuse to answer this question on the basis that Friends is my favorite show of all time and I adore each and every actor/character on it.
I guess it'd be fair to say Matt LeBlanc probably has the least dramatic range but that's not calling him the "least talented."

In friends Le Blanc doesn't need to have a big dramatic range. His character is just as perfect as it is. But outside of Friends context the character of Joey does not work (as illustrated by the horrid Joey series). And outside of Joey character Le Blanc doesn't work at all.

Maybe not with the last sentence, especially since I haven't seen much of his work other than Friends.

Though I'll always contend that Monica in the earlier seasons was WAY better looking than Rachel. Because not everyone thinks Rachel is by far the worst character? Might actually be my favorite character (or at least tied with Phoebe and Chandler). But this type of conversation is weird for me because of how actually obsessed with Friends I am/was. I've seen every episode at least 8 or 9 times, probably.

LeBlanc. Everyone else has shown some kind of talent outside of Friends.

Re: Who's the Least Talented Friends Star?
FWIW, Jennifer Aniston would be my pick for second least talented Friends star, but conversely I have really enjoyed her work in the movies (specifically: Along Came Polly, Derailed, Rumor Has It, Friends with Money, and The Break-up).

Mr. Magnus wrote: Jiffy wrote: Jennifer Aniston has great comedic timing, I dunno what Magnus is on about. Yeah, no. You suck so much (dick). She actually DOES have great comedic timing, at least on Friends. And she was probably the strongest person on the show when it came to dramatic material. Also, to the people who answered Courteney Cox: watch Cougar Town. Cuz she's awesome on that and it's not at all like Monica.

Which Friends on Friends Were The Closest Friends?Quote: This week marks the 10th anniversary of the Friends series finale, which aired on May 6, 2004. In honor of this important occasion, I decided to take a closer look at the series’ decade-long run and attempt to determine which of the six friends were the closest, as determined by which characters spent the most time on screen with each another...
