Well considering this is already a Forum Rule, it is already OFFICAL!

PS. As a MOD, do you know the Forum Rules. (Maybe all MODS should be reviewing the Forum Rules more often!)

9. Personal Attacks: Flame wars are a part of forums. The moderators and administrators will keep a check on any disagreements taking place between certain members here. The moderators will encourage ways to sort out the problems. As long as the discussion pertains to the subject at hand, the discussion is fine. If a moderator notices that a purely healthy discussion is turning into attacks on a person’s character or issues that are in no way relevant to the topic at hand, the moderators will step in and warn users from engaging in this type of behavior. Bottom line: Do not attack a person’s character, looks, and/or social life if it has no connection at all to the topic at hand.

Grill, no one needs your copy/paste of the entire rules or what x thread or x forum looks like OR what x polls look like. We're all capable of looking. Thanks.

Personal attacks need to be looked at case-by-case, otherwise everyone on this forum would be banned tomorrow. paper's post making it official not to bring family members and/or medical conditions up is something specific that's not going to be tolerated.

And if you're talking about the official "rules of our administration" (I don't see where Grill asked for this specifically at all), no they haven't officially been posted, I don't think.

No, really Grill, I tried helping you, but I need to know what you want. The official forum rules are in The Site, our administration rules are in this thread as an announcement so it's in every forum...like what do you want? Do you even know?

We haven't got around to adding that "official" rule to the list.

Since you asked and finally want to be helpful. Just summarize everything for me ( and everyone else) on all Forum Rules as you are much smarter than me and I don't understand anything. Thanks in advance MR MOD.

When these rules are violated, the default course of action will be a non-confrontational PM. However, we reserve the right to choose a different course of action, provided that our decision is posted publicly in "The Site."
