I actually.. dare I say fearing the wrath of Korrgan.. enjoyed Vanessa tonight. She was "kyunt", well really bad one as always, but she grew some balls when telling J off about Nate.

How I've missed Blair. Fuck she rocks the shit. "Derota, go polish something."

Heh.

I do agree though that she should get killed off. But not by Barts limo, thats to easy. Have Georgina come back, like suicidal or something and then randomly see Vanessa and throw her off a building.

Fantastic episode tonight! I loved the whole storyline with Blair and Chuck, the thing with their doppelgängers was hilarious. It was nice seeing these two characters back in their element. And Dorota was awesome at the very beginning as well. I actually felt bad for Vanessa after what Jenny did to her - I find her the most tolerable when she's with Nate anyways so I was happy with the episode's resolution. I really don't hate her as a character though unlike most people. Jenny was kind of a bitch this episode up until the very end, and I thought her telling off her former "friends" was a really awesome scene - I'm excited to see where that goes. The thing with Dan and Serena felt very realistic, like most parts of their relationship do - and I loved the Lily-Rufus scenes, which were incredibly sweet. And the death, which was obvious since they announced there was going to be one IMO, finally occurred tonight (or so it seems). It will be interesting to see the effects, and rumor has it that next week's episode is supposed to be very emotionally effective, with a standout performance from Ed Westwick in particular.

I ended up feeling bad for Vanessa and found myself not wanting her to die. This episode was terrific though.

PHENOMENAL episode tonight, maybe the best of the season so far.

I almost screamed at the television when Blair finally admitted it, for the record. And the hug between her and Chuck at the end was absolutely wonderful - I almost teared up. And the wedding was adorable, as was Blair finally bonding with Cyrus.

I absolutely loathe Aaron. Get him off the show soon please.

Last night was good for TV. HIMYM had an awesome episode, Heroes wasn't half bad either, Privileged was very good and GG had its best episode ever IMO (I wanted to say the best episode of the season, but compared to the crap the first season was, that automatically makes it the best episode ever).

GREAT episode tonight! Both Leighton Meester and Ed Westwick were fantastic as usual, and the final scene on the rooftop ended up being quite effective. I can't stand Rufus right now, he's so annoying and I could barely take his whole "I'm a father" speech to Lilly. I want Dan and Serena to stay together, I'm glad they are back on for now and that Aaron is out of the picture. And I LOVED Jenny's Mean Girls-like storyline tonight :P It was awesome and hilarious.

A good episode. Though I hate Chuck. He should've died also.

Dan and Serena getting together the way they did was a bit lame. Surprisingly the most fun storyline - Jenny VS. Step girls.

I really liked this weeks episode, but it didn't make much sense to me. Lily and Rufus had their kid before they had Dan and Serena. Dan and Serena are 17 -- so their kid has to be at least 18, and most likely a bit older. So why are the adoptive parents so concerned that they can swoop in with lawyers and take the kid away. It's not like it's a few years old -- it's already a legal adult.

Tonight's was great. I'm glad Dan and Serena are trying to make it work despite the situation. By the way, I can't STAND Rufus in this storyline - he's acted like such a prick these past few weeks.

Greattttttt episode tonight. Love Blair, love Blair and Dorota but love when Blair gets the way she gets at the end. Love Chuck and Lilly's reconciliation especially after what happened in the bathroom.

Ausiello has upcoming spoilers for the season.

Question: Come on, Ausiello! Give us scoop on Gossip Girl! -- Sam
Ausiello: First let me say that Monday's episode was an absolute triumph on all levels (acting, writing, directing)...which makes the fact that it was the lowest-rated of the season all the more depressing. (Time to reboot the system, Nielsen!) On the scoop front, I know what brings Georgina (Michelle Trachtenberg) back to town, and it's not her seemingly infatigable quest to piss off frenemy Serena. Quite the contrary, in fact. Take it away, exec producer Josh Schwartz! "Certain times a situation is so dire that it requires the assistance of even your most sworn enemy," he teases. "It just might come to pass that Serena and Blair find themselves in a situation where they have no recourse other than to recruit Georgina Sparks." In other GG news, the show is casting the possibly recurring role of an "unassumingly cute" 16-year-old male. Sounds like Jenny's getting a new suitor!

Really? I liked it quite a bit, especially the ending with Blair and Dorota.

So apparently the spin-off set in the 80s telling the story of Rufus and Lily is going to happen.

Great episode tonight! I hated Nate for what he did to Vanessa though, and Rufus was as annoying and awful as ever.
