Well, I accept your apology for that. I think what pissed me off most about it was your reaction to me getting pissed. You gave me serious attitude, and I had every right to be offended. That really made it look like you weren't too concerned about it and didn't think it was important enough to have to explain yourself to the likes of me.

See, with this, you even made a comment in the box office forum about the Hulk, and how I was making you want to root against it. (I don't recall if BKB was included in that venom burst, but probably not) When you say things like that, it kinda lends support to other stuff.
As far as the Clint Eastwood thing, I don't know if you recall, but you started dogging Flags before it even came out. This was Libs. Somebody who always seemed to like him well enough. Actually, you LOVED his last two films before Flags. Somebody who loved Oscar films. Somebody who loved war films. After the subtle shots at it, then came the box office failure talk (before you'd seen it), and if anybody knows you, for movies that you like or are looking forward to that disappoint, you don't gleefully add commentary, and quite often will take somebody to task for bashing it. Well, that didn't happen, because for whatever reason, you were against it. That wasn't good enough for you, though, because you made sure that you stopped in the Oscar forum to declare how it had no chance, and then you went to see it, promptly gave it a C-, and didn't even bother with seeing the Best Picture Oscar nominated Letters from Iwo Jima, even though you see ALL nominated films.
You'll have to understand if I don't buy that it had nothing to do with me, especially since you admitted that you haven't liked me for a long time.

Even a few days before I was banned in 2006 for...? , I asked you to please participate more, and your answer was that "I just don't have time to get really involved and just prefer to post". That would have been fine, but then guess what happened?
I was banned for...? on my birthday, on the opening of the new James Bond film, right after I just did much work for the main site. A thread was even started so I could be berated for the occassion. How did you respond to that?
Well, not only could I not get you to go post and say hello at BOM until you saw all the others do it, but then you decided to really show some character, and you posted what you did in reply to your troublemaking buddy who stalked me over there causing trouble, even though I, at that point, had never said anything about this classless site before the troublemakers started causing trouble there, too. you decided to play that little game, then you then came back here, and all of the sudden, you found the time to become really involved and put on a cape and some tights. More involved and enthusiastic than you have ever been, in fact. You even put the cherry on top by wishing me happy birthday about 3 days later. It really opened my eyes about your character, and I had no idea what I had ever done to you to deserve that.

Well, besides when poor Ev@n was being ganged up on aggressively and you added your own snark to the commentary. I don't think that stuff is very nice to do to somebody who is new and should be able to rely on the veterans to make them feel at home and welcome. It's nice and all that you are making an effort to be nice to them. If only all of us had been given that curtesy.

As you can see, I deal with character defamation from Tony all the time, and have for years, all the while, nothing has been done about it. I got banned once for bitching about nothing being done! I've asked, too. I know how it feels. I'll play that one by ear and see how this Tony situation plays out before I give you an answer on that. If it's okay to do, I guess we'll see.
