Wait... did someone say you can record them? Or not? And, I assume myself, a non-paying person, can't download the movies? Just some serious questions from an all but serious guy.

If you're having problems with the image...check the playback statistics (go to tools) and post in this thread. In fact, if you're watching it at all, post the speed you're getting it at. Then maybe I can analyze it a lil' later and make some suggestions.

Me: After a minute and 30 seconds, the picture was great ;). At 520 kbps.

You can pause the stream. You can't save it, though.

Anyone else try it recently?

The Jackal's on right now. Somehow, the quality seemed a lot better ;)

Yeah same here. I have DSL, but for some reason the image doesn't want to cooperate with my computer. The sound is superb, its just the image. I didn't like The Jackal anyway.

It's streaming beautifully now. I'm averaging over 600 kbps, and the images are as good as it can get on an internet stream.

I hope all of you get to see it the way a few of us are. It's really quite a treat if you can get it.

Oh, and it took me 4 minutes to average over 600 kbps. I suggest that the people who are trying, wait around 5 minutes. And, don't try to run too many things while you're running RealPlayer. For some, people have enough memory to multi-task with RealPlayer running (like I am doing right now...), but some can't.

Try pressing pause as soon as it starts. Watch it in 5 minutes. Should be better quality ;)

woops.

Guess what, guys.

The link is now online: http://starz.real.com/home.html

If you look, you'll see a link to "Watch the Starz! Channel". It wasn't there previously (I swear).

So now you don't need to have a guilty conscience over watching it ;)
