Until they declare CA is too close to call. That will at least allow Hillary to finish her speech without them cutting away.

 Re: Tsunami Tuesday Winners
Even though I voted Clinton, I kinda want Obama to win at this point.
He takes California, and the nomination is his.
Let's move on to the bigger picture already.

I hated Hillary about 3 months ago. Watching her through all these primaries, speeches and debates, I've come to like her much more than I ever would have thought possible.
McCain now leading Missouri by 1000 with 78% in, Hillary up 52 to 45 in MO too, still too close to call.

 Re: Tsunami Tuesday Winners
Obama is catching up in Missouri. St. Louis region is finally being counted, and Obama is winning there big.

Like, this race wouldn't even be close if Obama's speeches were less vague. Clinton at this point is the underdog, the Dems know she doesn't have enough support among independents to beat McCain.

That's actually interesting, and it makes me more hopeful that the general electorate (or, at least more moderates) will warm up to her by November if she does score nom.

 Re: Tsunami Tuesday Winners
It might be best for Obama if the nomination struggle takes a while as once he becomes the clear nominee the GOP will start smearing him every day. Quote: ...but I still wish Obama would motivate people through actual plans, not just "hope." I used to say that but after a while I decided the actual plan is to get Democrats entrenched in power for the next 20 years. That's why he doesn't talk about it much. His goal is a re-alignment pro-Dem in the same way the 1980 Reagan election set off a generation of Republicans on top. That's what he was hinting at in the interview when he was accused of praising Reagan. He's not selling programs so much because he's trying to sell the whole Democratic party to middle America, and might be able to do it. I know that sounds like spin and I don't blame people if that's how they take it, but that's my sense of what he's up to.

 Re: Tsunami Tuesday Winners
Exit polls give Clinton a 6% edge in CA. Combining that with early returns/absentee ballots, she should win here, probably by 8%.
