I'm a west coast guy through and through, but anywhere near water and in the north will do. Living in Providence, and I am surprised to see it there, which makes me wonder why Providence?
I dunno. From what i've seen, it seems really beautiful. It's also constantly rated one of the best places in the country to live. I've heard it's pretty liberal, too. And it's near water.

I do like livign here, it can be pricy, taxes are high, and very liberal. Our repullicans are even liberal.
We are near water, but if you want to go swimming you still need to drive about 30 miles, I don't that htough..the cities that the beaches are in are boring to live in for the most part. Newport is the only one I would consdier living in.

Well, the very liberal part is a plus for me. I also don't mind high taxes just so long as they're going towards the right things, and if the city's liberal, i'm assuming they are. . I'm not a big swimmer, I just like knowing the ocean is near by, and I enjoy seeing it everyday. I dunno way. It's just kind of comforting. Sounds like a place i'd like. Is there a lot to do?

Probably San Diego, Miami, Charleston, Phoenix, or some other city that's warm. If not, London or New York.

There is, and Boston in about 1.5 horus awawy and NYC is 3 hours away, so its easy to jet off to those cities for the day, or the weekend.

Hey, that's where I live.
I like where I live presently, but I do want to experience other places. I'm considering getting a masters degree in Copenhagen or Stockholm or even München when I finish college. When I get older I'd also like to own a house somewhere around the Mediterranean sea, preferably in Catalonia, that I'd be able to go to in the winter months.

Hey, come on, the ghettos of Hartford are really interesting, especially if you want to get mugged, anally raped and stripped of your pants so the guy who did it can buy some crack.

That's a very good point. I lived in NYC for five years and barely got by. I would love living there if I were a millionaire with a penthouse apartment...
