Aside from the Daniel firing Betty scene, which was ridiculous, I thought it was maybe the best episode so far this season.

I think once in a while last season ABC put all the episodes or alot more than 4 on their streaming website... I hope they do it again with Ugly Betty because I haven't watched anything after the premiere and I'm due for a marathon.

Funny actually, I thought it was the best premiere of all the shows I watch and yet it's the one I gave up watching first. Then again, I gave up watching almost everything. I'm just about never catching original airings and the only shows I make a big effort to catch up on are Housewives and The Office and starting next week, Project Runway (I don't know why I'm so drawn to that show; I don't like fashion, I don't understand it, I don't care about it but I really like seeing what they put together).

I haven't seen the last episode yet, but three previous episodes were the best of the season yet. They found a great balance between wacky and real drama, something they haven't been able to do since the middle of the first season. The show is HOT again...

The part with Wilhelmina, um, pounding on Bradford and screaming was a great, over-the-top, creepily dark moment. One's of the season's best so far.

I love how consistent this season has been so far :)

I'm finally all caught up.

I'm presuming Bradford Meade will die, which is sort of funny in that the actor (Alan Dale) always seems to die on the shows he's on. His character also had a heart attack and died on The O.C.

Yes, Daniel firing Betty was ridiculous. It kind of annoys me when characters don't say the one thing they need to in order to clear a misunderstanding up (like Betty not actually saying anything about her father to Daniel).

Amanda's "Milkshake" performance was hysterical.

They even played the song during his near-death scene that The O.C. seemed to play every time someone died. Hallelujah by Imogen Heap, I think.

I think they actually used the Jeff Buckley version on Ugly Betty, which is even more cliched. Heh. Oh, well. It was a solid enough episode that I'll overlook it.

I'm finally caught up (I just watched the Wicked episode from last week and the two before that), and all of the episodes were excellent. The ending to the last episode was really sweet.

i kind of welled up
although the whole Wicked thing took ugly betty to realms of gayness even it hadn't ventured into before.

I am so fucking sick of Wicked and i have those bastarding musical theatre idiots to thank.

Yeah, last week's was another great one. Really touching, actually. The Daniel firing Betty thing was still a silly plot device, but I forgive it.

This is one of my favorite shows on television. Seriously. It's just so funny and charming. Amanda is the greatest.

Becki Newton was in August Rush for about 2 minutes. It was extremely random.

But, yes, Amanda is now my favorite character on the show.

Another great, great episode. I keep waiting for a weak episode or something; apparently I've forgotten that there are shows that are actually consistent. And Ugly Betty is, indeed, probably the most consistent show on TV.

Favorite moment: Amanda's "Oh! Go!" to Betty after Wilhelmina's announcement that Slater would be covering cosmetic surgery employees.

Henry is the hottest character ever. he is as dull as a door knob, but goodness, i want his knob.

I'm not one to wonder around the nerds. also he looks a bit like our very own Michael circa 2005

marc + paul = abomination.

Was Thursday's the last new one?

Haven't watched it yet. I keep forgetting that TV exists these days.

Poor Ugly Betty. Are people deserting the show in its prime.

Anyway, Betty has got to stop being a moppy slut. It's annoying me. Loving Gabrielle Union. Henry is still hot. Amanda LOLs. Freddy Rodriguez isn't working, he has to go.

Michael Ausiellio claims that Rebecca Romijn will only be returning to the show next season on a semi-recurring basis.
