So did I. I predicted a 260-ratio at least, but looks like it was even worse.

Woo-hoo! Knew Coach Carter would pull it off. A $23-25M weekend is in order. Elektra is really dissapointing, if it's really frontload it could end up outside the top five for the weekend. White Nouse would also have to have a good multiplyer for that top happen.

Nice numbers for Coach Carter. Elektra's number is very underwhelming even I thought it would get at least 6 million. Once again Garner gets beat by a movie that opened to less than 2700 theaters starring a black man near his 50s

I thought Jackson was already 50...

Well close enough since Denzel just recently turned 50 too. Maybe the next movie to beat a Garner movie to number 1 would be a movie starring Dennis Haybert of 24  . Just joking

That's certainly yucky for Elektra! #-o

Perhaps Oscar buzz will help Elektra out (as it will for Fat Albert)?

Really too bad for Elektra. Not entirely unexpected. I just was hoping, though.

In Good Company will at least break $60 million now, but probably make even more than that.
