This show can do no wrong. I'm saving money for when it ends to buy The Complete Series. It will never end for me!

Great premiere for the season. Kalinda's storyline is very intriguing.

Re: The Good Wife: Season 4
A stellar season premiere. I think I would come close to dying of shock if this show ever had an episode that was subpar.
Can't wait to see what the freaky deal is with Kalinda and hubby.

Re: The Good Wife: Season 4
Loved the mini-ER reunion for Julianna Margulies and Maura Tierney this week, although their paths on ER only crossed briefly (Tierney was essentially the replacement for Margulies on that show).
I'm also enjoying Nathan Lane being used against type here as a non-flamboyant person for once.
The Kalinda business is...not sure. I have to see what the long-term plan is. It feels really out of place with the rest of the show right now. I will say that the "finger in the ice cream" scene was rather risque for network TV. And kind of icky. lol
Also, Cary needs more screen time.

Re: The Good Wife: Season 4
I need to catch up on this show but it's not on Netflix Instant I basically missed Season 3 in-between football delays, forgetting to watch online due to homework, or TV being taken over so others could watch The Walking Dead.

Re: The Good Wife: Season 4
Alright, it's official: Kalinda's 50 Shades of What? storyline needs to go. A rare misstep by The Good Wife. Everything else in last night's episode was superb as usual.

Re: The Good Wife: Season 4
Another great episode last night (more Cary=yay!), but good lord do they need to wrap up the Kalinda storyline. If her husband were to spontaneously combust and never be heard from again, I don't think a single viewer of this show would complain.

Man, this show gets the best guest actors. Brian Dennehy, Amanda Peet, Kristin Chenoweth, Maura Tierney, Nathan Lane, Denis O'Hare...all in one episode!

Re: The Good Wife: Season 4
Definitely the best show of the big four networks. Such a great cast and interesting storylines.

Re: The Good Wife: Season 4
"Anatomy of a Joke" was sort of a surprisingly meh episode for this show, but they can't really be perfect all 22 editions of a season. I found most of the stuff with Christina Ricci kind of oddly written, mostly that she was an incredibly unfunny comedian which I think was more about the writers not being very good at writing comedy.
I loved the Alicia and Cary bonding in last night's episode, though. Brought me back to season 1.

Re: The Good Wife: Season 4
Wow, if Kalinda's awful husband didn't need to get the hell off this show already, he does now as punishment for roughing up Cary. GET OUT.
Amanda Peet can stay, though. I'm really liking her character.

Re: The Good Wife: Season 4
LOL @ the ending of last night's episode
I'm always so amused whenever Alicia has sex on this show. I'm not sure why.
Also, Stockard Channing as her mother is perfect casting.

Just got season 1 for $10. Have not seen the first two seasons, so I'm excited.

Re: The Good Wife: Season 4
I dunno if Kalinda killed him (I sorta doubt it) but I think the entire universe breathed a collective sigh of relief his awful character was written out. It's about time. Although it's fun to imagine Kalinda killing him and dissolving his body in a vat of acid, Breaking Bad style. It was a toss-up whether Grace ridiculously looking up the word "sex" online (lol, I actually laughed audibly at this) or the realization that it was Jackie looking up condoms was more amusing.

The latest episode set the rest of the season great. Shit's about to hit the fan on all sides it seems.

"Boom De Ya Da" was a fun one. I always thoroughly enjoy Alicia's sparring with Louis Canning. And the return of the nefarious Wendy Scott-Carr!

Re: The Good Wife: Season 4
Finally saw last week's episode and thought it might be the best of the season. I just love Carrie Preston's Elsbeth Tascione and her chipper weirdness.

Re: The Good Wife: Season 4
The last scene between Alicia and Diane in this episode was so great. Interesting on so many levels. Diane's icy look at Alicia making nice could have been read about 10,000 different ways. I'd be intrigued to see a combative relationship between Alicia and Diane/Will, even if she's playing "the good employee" on the surface.
Season 4 has been on a major upswing since Kalinda's husband stopped existing.
