Why is this woman receiving the attention she is VS all the other American Idol singers who are probably just as good and don't have high profile stars playing them in Biopics?? Here's an even bigger question: Is this woman Susan Boyle receiving the attention she is because of her so called "Ugly duckling" look she has that the media refers to as opposed to her voice or not?? Do you feel this woman's voice is THAT good that it's warranting all this attention??
IF. If you have to ask why Susan Boyle is getting all this pub then you are Clue Less. Seriously, there's no way anyone should be asking that type of question after watching the setup to her audtion on BGT.
For your last question, I do think her voice is enhanced because of her personal life story, so just because it isn't the best voice you've ever heard doesn't make it one that would be pleasing to hear on a cd. Of which, I would really think about purchasing one made by her.
