 House - Season 5
Great premiere tonight Surprised that there wasn't already a thread/discussion about it. On a bizarre tangent, Megan Fox said the following about House regular Olivia Wilde in an interview in this month's GQ: Quote: Olivia Wilde is so sexy she makes me want to strangle a mountain ox with my bare hands. Wha...

13 looked kinda homely last night. Did she get uglier over the summer?

Just watched the episode. Solid season premiere.
I keep wanting to feel bad for 13 and her Huntington Diseased self, but the character is just kind of annoying. So it's hard.
Wilson breaking up with House was sad. But I'm sure they'll be friends again soon?! I hope.

Good start for the season. I feel all the Hadley stuff is so forced, like they want us to like her. I'm with Libs... fairly annoyed with 13. Cameron's 'self-righteousness' was way better, lol.
Surprised the new team is still not part of the opening credits.

Surprised the new team is still not part of the opening credits. I'm more surprised that Jesse Spencer is still on the show. Does he really serve a purpose? He didn't really before, but now he's just a pain in the ass.
Yeah, I really really want to like 13, but I don't know... it's not working out so far.
Good premiere nonetheless. A decent way to start the season. No more, no less.

How long before 13 gets Huntington's and dies? Season finale of this year or next is my bet.

Wilson breaking up with House was sad. But I'm sure they'll be friends again soon?! I hope. Anyone know what other places you can watch movies or tv on the net? Where else can you watch other than hulu as hulu takes 1 week to put up House episodes.

Why does it take Hulu so long with House episodes? They have the new Terminator and Prison Break episodes posted the following morning. Same with every other Fox show except House.

Probably either the studio or production companies knows that House is more powerful as doesn't need internet viewers as much. Which also means they probably get to charge higher ad $ on the tv.

Really good episode. Michael Weston is a very good addition.

 Re: House - Season 5
Watched Season 5, Episode 1 and House was really getting on my nerves. God, a guy can only be so much of a jerk before you really start to hate him. This guy should mellow up alittle.

Frankly, I'm getting bored with this show. House's antics tire me.

 Re: House - Season 5
House certainly doesn't seem to grow much, if at all as a character. That said, the PI character is a great addition and goes a long way towards making it easier to ignore. The more humorous the show, the better in my opinion.

A lot of great characters never really change. I mean Columbo was pretty much the same character in all of his episodes. I still love the show.

 Re: House - Season 5
House never really changes, yes. But admit it, if he started to change, people would get pissed. Even if you think you wouldn't, you probably would.
In other news, I liked Tuesday's episode. It did have some of the more icky imagery this show has had lately, including a four-year old girl getting a colonoscopy and a dead guy having shit explode out of him onto Foreman. Which rivaled that disgusting episode where that one guy's eyeball popped out of his head and then his testicles exploded later.

 Re: House - Season 5
I like House's sardonic wit and wisecracks. I like his attitude. But I hate his antics of tailing Wilson or whatever. It's almost an insult to the character.
