Re: Gossip Girl
"Skins" has been letting me down thus far from what I've seen of the second season. And I don't like the strategy of eliminating the entire cast in favor of new characters in the third season. The first season was fantastic though.

Re: Gossip Girl
I only saw the first season of Skins and it's brilliant. Can't comment on the second one as I haven't seen a single episode.

Re: Gossip Girl
I thought the first episode of this was so lame so I didn't watch anymore, but then after hearing how fantastic it got I eventually started downloading the rest. Well, the second was better, the third better than that, and so on. And now I think it's fantastic! This show made a huge turnaround. I cannot wait for tomorrow night's episode and I'm so glad the show is getting a second season. I Blair! She makes the show.

I don't know who it would be though since I guess Chuck is in the book series, but will it make a ton of sense for his character on the show to be? Yeah, I suppose they could make it work. It won't be Dan (he's bisexual in the book series though), and it won't be Nate. The only possible ones are the brother character or Chuck.

Re: Gossip Girl
OH MY GOD! Last night's episode was AWESOME! I hate how Jenny only liked that cute guy once she found out he was rich. And one of the guys the first night S went out with G was played by the guy who plays Noah on AS THE WORLD TURNS. I don't watch that really but watched the gay storyline with him through YouTube. So anyway, I thought that was interesting.

Re: Gossip Girl
That Jenny is more of a biatch than three Blair's and this new girl G-what's-her-name combined. She's more subtle though. I hope her brother is the one who goes gay all over her new "boyfriend". The biatch deserves it. Nate and Vanessa storyline seems weird to me. Like they just put them together for now because their characters are on the sideline of the current plots. Michelle Trachtenberg wasn't any good. Also it was hilarious how awkward her character popped onscreen. That whole scene was a mess. Lively's bad acting as usual didn't help. And why, why dear God does she have to go for Serena's boyfriend. What did Serena walk into that triggered this cliché of a storyline?!?!?!

Re: Gossip Girl
that was by far the most awful hour of television in the past 5 years. That episode was so brutally bad that I really thought about killing myself. Georginia is easily the worse character ever created. Awful awful awful.

Snooze. How do you know this for sure? Just read the awesome article in the new issue of Entertainment Weekly. The remaining episodes of this season sound scandalous! I'm wondering what the twists in the Asher/Jenny relationship will be. Supposedly they're both using each other. I hope he's using her as a cover because he's really gay . And that he'll be a regular and date whatever character comes out as gay, which could be a reality if the gay one ends up being Eric (and that could very well be with the episode being titled "All About My Brother"). I just can't wait to see how the rest of the season plays out. And I can't wait for the first season to be on DVD and the second to start. I've gotten obsessed with this show.

Re: Gossip Girl
This would have been hotter: Quote: Now, with all this gay Gossip talk, it's worth pointing out that in the original Gossip Girl series, it was actually Dan Humphrey (Penn Badgley), who questioned his sexuality. However, sources tell me there are currently no plans for any same-sex action for Dan. Not surprising, since he is one-half of the show's cornerstone coupling. I remember my friend buying the books just for that...

Well, I hope Jesse Swenson (Asher) will be back for Season 2. He's a hottie. He's in a band called Bubble & Squeak. Their MySpace: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu ... id=7860813 You can buy their album on iTunes, which I might do. I like what I heard.

In the words of Gossip Girl: OMFG.
Ya much better episode than last week, pretty explosive to. The last minute of that episode, I thought she was going to admit something lame, and in all it may be but that was pretty well executed IMO.

Fantastic episode! OMFG @ the ending! That was the last thing I expected Serena to say. Wow! God this show is awesome. And I typed my OMFG already on another forum so I'm not stealing your idea of saying OMFG . But I agree, even if it ends up being lame, this was very well-executed. They dropped that bomb perfectly.

Lmao it's alright, I won't slam copyright on it. Ya again it was well done, it may work out to be something silly and I don't want this to go down the vein of OC, leave it being smutty/gossipy. Other than that again, great episode.

Re: Gossip Girl
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. You've got to be kidding me. This show has lost all good will since it has come back. Georginia continues to be the worst TV character of all time, this show has become a disaster.
