The finale seriously killed my interest for this show. Soooooo weak and get's worse each time I think about it.

All those pictures are kind of oddly incest-like actually

I posted this over at Awards Daily, but I thought I should post it here so I can pull it out next summer...
Quote: After a second season scarred by crowded storylines, an underwhelming villain and the "what were they thinking?" spin-off "Heroes: Origins," creator Tim Kring promises a return to basics for season three. "We never had much faith in those new characters and 'Origins' anyway," says Kring.
You know that's gonna happen.

I could go for a little Jack Coleman/Hayden Panettiere action.
I may be too trusting of television writers, but for some reason, I don't think Season 2 will be screwed up, even with new characters and this "Origins" spin-off, which I still don't think will air on TV and instead will air on NBC.com, like any other "spin-off" of sorts.

I've read the main reason they created it was to keep fans interested during hiatus, which I'm certain means that it's airing on TV (Cause not ALL fans use the internet, y'know).

I know, but I don't see how they could possibly sustain interest in new characters for six full-length episodes on TV, especially with the audience voting to keep only one of them on the show. Just seems ridiculous. Whoever greenlit that should be shot in the head with a dozen eggs.

You seem to like everything these days, even the Sopranos finale.
As to that picture above, I bet it's his wife, just taking on the form of his daughter to get inside. Or maybe her boyfriend taking on the form of her dad. Either way, still weird.

Sounds like they are planning a political arc about immigration. I haven't heard one thing yet that makes season 2 sound exciting.

Re: The "Heroes" Thread: Season 2
Heroes season 2 preview. There's also some stuff about "Life" after it and an "Office" preview that doesn't show anything new. But the Heroes stuff is interesting, looks a little better than I expected.

Doesn't give too much away... or make it look that exciting... or interesting...
That 'Life' show looks like shit.

Re: The "Heroes" Thread: Season 2
Damian Lewis is a talented actor but ever since his work in Band of Brothers he's been in one lame project after another.
On a random side note: I wish they'd spin off the invisible man. He was the best thing about this last season to me and I doubt we'll see much more of him in the next season.

Re: The "Heroes" Thread: Season 2
Hm... that's interesting.
I never watched the show while it was actually airing, but I caught all 23 episodes online, pretty much loved the season. I'm a little nervous as to how this season will end up but I'm really excited.

Re: The "Heroes" Thread: Season 2
The best news ever would be Bell joining Lost. But I'm okay with his, even though this confirms a major second season backlash like with most serials nowadays.

I don't know why Bell would ruin her career by going on Heroes...
Bad move Kristin. Bad Move.

Yes, she should do movies like "Pulse" instead.

Munkatouille wrote: SqueezeMePlease? wrote: Yes, she should do movies like "Pulse" instead. Better career move than Heroes. Because Heroes is ass. I was wondering why someone would make such a silly statement. Kristen Bell on Heroes is awesome. And an awesome move for her career. As much as some, including myself, love her, "Veronica Mars" was obviously a low-rated series. So this is quite a good career move for her. I'm actually happy she's on Heroes and not Lost. Lost tends to get trigger happy with new characters.
