In terms of storyline it really changed things up with Pam's speech and Jim/Karen both applying for the corporate position. My guess is that Karen is going to get the job and leave. you dirty motherfucker, you only thought that after i told you on aim that's what i thought was going to happen. I posted that at 7:10PM. After watching this episode, I think Karen is going to end up leaving for the corporate job in new york. Which is unfortunate cause she's way better then Pam, but at least it may curve any of the jim saying he still has feelings for Pam and Karen crying and all that shit that comes with love triangles.

Perhaps, but she doesn't have Pam's best feature..... her boobs.

I actually liked Thursday's ep.
And I liked Pam's speech a lot. It was a bit arbitrary, but the show's been needing something like it for a while now.

I really enjoyed Thursday's episode. I was happy for Pam when she walked across the coals, and got up the nerve to make her speech. It's been sorta brewing for a while, and finally something came from all of it. Very well done.
Is Harold Ramis becoming a regular director? Three episodes now.

If you go to http://editorial.gettyimages.com and go to the link under entertainment for NBC Primetime 2007-2008 preview or something like that (Getty is fucking annoying on my computer, so I don't know that I can link) there are a bunch of pics of the cast. Of course, they are slightly spoilery because Rashida Jones is not there.

I saw the episode again. It was much better than I gave it credit for and Pam's speech was very good. And was there a deleted scene online or something? How the hell did Andy get back on the bus at the end?
I can't wait until this season is on DVD.

The Office is definitely one of the few shows I would buy on DVD. I can watch old episodes again and again and again and still laugh heartily every time. It never gets boring to me.
The scene with Andy floating down the river had me in stitches.

I think the show has been great since the new year started (2007). The whole Stamford thing was a nice change, but it did feel weird having Jim in one place, and everyone else in Scranton. Anyway, Season 2 was hard to top, but I think Season 3 held up very well. Here's hoping for a solid finale.

Some good photos of the cast at the NBC upfronts.
A deleted scene that gives you an idea of how Andy got home. There are two other deleted scenes on the same page.

Apparently Jenna Fischer had an accident.
Fischer's rep tells me the Office star "fractured her lower back in four places" in New York Monday after falling down some marble stairs in high heels. Her pal and co-star Angela Kinsey "has been with her the whole time" and her husband, filmmaker/actor James Gunn, has flown to be with her.
He added, "She is expected to make a full recovery and will not miss any time on The Office."

My god, that sucks. I fell down stairs once when I was a kid, just five of them. It's not much fun with five, and I can't imagine marble stairs. In high heels.
Well, maybe I can imagine high heels.

Well how I see it is keeping the romantic leads apart is the stereotypical TV thing and this show has aspirations of not being another cliche ridden series. They wrote funny, interesting relationships for all the other couples, why assume they can't do the same with Jim and Pam?
But I bet they don't actually put them together, that would be too much ground to cover in one episode. They will probably just make them friends again and set it up so it has potential for more next season.

Without saying too much because some of you haven't seen it, I think they did a good job of integrating a key part of the UK series. Overall thumbs up, it was smooth and flowed well, lots of laughs and the drama worked.

Guess what, guys
I'm going to try to watch Seasons 1 and 2 of The Office on DVD (and then Season 3 online, I guess, if NBC offers it) so I can start watching it next season!
I can now, because the only other show it conflicts with is Grey's (unlike when it was at 8, where it conflicted with both Survivor and Ugly Betty)

YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
First, I never liked Ryan on the show.
Second, Jim + Pam! wooooot!
Third, had Michael left the office? Egaddd.
The episode wasn't that funny, but I love what it set up for next season.
