Post The Amazing Race - All Stars Thread
Anyone excited? EEW Teri/Ian ("Asshat") are back! Though nice to see BQs, Kentucky, Cha-Cha-Cha, and Charla.

Most interesting is the pairing of Eric and Danielle, who were in different teams Season 9 (Eric with Jeremy, the tool-ish Alpha Males; Danielle with Dani, the chicks who were smitten by them). Now they're dating.

I can't wait!

What exactly did "Team Guido" do that made them so infamous?

Great teams actually, they pulled it off. I'm disappointed Colin and Christie couldn't make it, but hey... no biggie. Can't wait.

I think they may have pushed Momily at an airport trying to stop Momily and other teams from making their flight, when Guido couldn't get tickets.

I also think there was line incident at a museum in Paris, but I think the issue there was Guido walked faster than them, thus negating a previously formed line.

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Where are Kris & Jon?!?!?

But anyway, most of these picks are good. I hope to God that Mirna is less annoying this year ("El fast-o!")

As much as I like Romber, I wonder when they will stop being on television. They'll probably continue to be on TV even after they die.

OK, why are two completely unmemorable people from an unmemorable season who weren't even on the same team together on this over Kris & Jon? I mean, if they're looking for "hot people", Kris & Jon are pretty dang hot.

God, will we see Ian's obnoxious hat again?

Asshat is probably my favorite The Amazing Race related word that Television Without Pity invented, lol.

Thank goodness team deathwish (season seven's Meredith and Gretchen) were mercifully left out.

Also: No Jonathan & Victoria.

I suppose if we can't get Kris & Jon, trade-offs like not getting those two freaks are worth it.

I'd like a team of Freddy.

Just Freddy. No Kendra.

So many lame picks they left out so many good teams. I bet no more than 2 or 3 of those teams would have been in any top 15 teams if voted on by the fans. The only problem with the amazing Race now is that it is so recognizeable you can go on line and find photo's of them checking their clues at all the race stages across the world. There was only one team I cared for left out of the final three for the dash back to the U.S.

Amazing Race Asia teams and tasks have been so much better than the last Amazing Race (10). Hopefully the editing and tasks will make TAR all stars watchable, the line up doesn't look promising.

^ I think it's because most of the "entertaining" teams were made up of really dysfunctional couples. I doubt people like Colin and Kristi are still together...

There are tons of teams pissed they were not even asked. Some of the picks really baffle me. It really irritates me that two of the teams I really hate make it to the last three, but at least one team I like makes it to the last episode so there is some hope.

Have you seen their new show? I love Romber, but that show is just bad television. I hope it improves. The pilot was painfully scripted.

I guess I was the only sap who watched this. It actually improved drastically with each episode. I don't necessarily care enough to watch a show about just Rob and Amber or just poker, but the two combined makes for fun TV.
