Good news for Alias fans that Boston Legal is not pulling its weight.
Personally I still think the problem with the show is that the Alan Shore character had a redeeming aspect on the Practice where he used his smarminess to help the little guy. But without that....the character just isn't that fun (to me).

Despite Halloween and all, I think that's Desperate Housewive's highest ratings so far!
And I missed it, ugh.
Boston Legals continues to lose about half of the audience though.
Alias should be coming back in the next few months....

Wow.
Looks like the moms still had a little time in between trick-or-treaters for their good ol' Housewives.
I'm still stunned at the performance of this show.

Again, I agree. James Spader is still excellent, but his character isn't nearly as entertaining as he was last year. It's surprising how much character development they got out of him during the course of one season of The Pracitce last year, but now, the development is getting a little cheap: past girlfriends? Meh.
William Shatner's character is also getting a tad old. I wasn't even that amused by his performance on The Pracice, but this whole "Danny Crane!" thing is just lazy.

"Danny Krane! Put me in a cell with Martha... I want to hav sex with that one"
Despite me not liking the show as much, that line was pretty funny.

The Simpsons did okay numbers considering it was a rerun.
I think the new episode next week will get at least 12 million viewers
