God, BJ and Tyler have turned heel! They were so much the happy team, and are now the full on villians.

I wish they would just lose already. I was so happy when MoJo beat them at the last second, but then Phil's "I'm pleased to tell you..." pretty much crushed my high. I liked them a lot at the start, but their shtick got old real fast and now they're just being pricks. Threatening to yield unless you gave money, trying to steal the taxi, going through with the yield, making rumors about Eric and Mo, FUCKING DIE.

Nice to see Ray and Yolanda come in first and win a great prize.BJ will be starting the next leg of the race without pants or shoes, will Eric and Jeremy lend him some clothes?Too bad Eric and Jeremy didn't come in last that would have been poetic justice for their cancelling the other teams cabs.

God damn hippies. Ugh, hate.

On the other hand, go Ray & Yolanda!

Really good episode last week, especially considering it was an obvious non-elim and there are only four teams left. Great finish that only could have been better if it actually meant the hippies were out.

One too many TTOWs pushed me onto the Hippie Hatemobile. Well it's not full-on hate but I'm sick of them.

Curiously enough I'm rooting for the Frats to win now, and with my favorite team history this season that probably means they're gone next.

Here is my question: why the hell would you have a Yield in a non-elimination round?

Because I don't think the producers like the idea of the Yield actually knocking a team out of the race (especially if it's one that was a frontrunner), but boy do they love the conflict that comes from the usage of the Yield. I think the Double D's were the first team to actually be knocked out of the Race because of the Yield, but since they were bottomfeeders anyway no one really called foul.

Personally I'd rather they ditch the Yield altogether and bring back the Fast Forward for every leg but I doubt it'll ever happen.

I also hate that the Yield was brought up repeatedly in the previous episode, and it was obvious that a Yield was coming up, and that BJ And Tyler were being groomed to use it on MoJo.

Still, though. BJ and Tyler had karma bite them in the ass when MoJo still made it ahead of them (by like a tenth of a second) in a nail-biting finish.

I can see Ray and Yolanda being eliminated this week. A first place finish obviously doesn't secure them on the show. Fran and Berry know that quite well.

AND, why are there no earlier flights this season? All flights depart at the same time, seemingly.

You know, I just finished reading Miss Alli's wonderful recap, and I've concluded...

BJ and Tyler are one of my least favorite teams in the history of this show. God, Eric and Jeremy look awesome compared to them, at this point in the season.

Nope I still don't see the hate. BJ & Tyler and Ray & Yolanda are the only interesting ones. The other teams are jerks. BJ & Tyler sure did luck out though, getting both non-eliminations.

This season's been a bit of a snore, but the last two episodes were great.

I don't think this season is really bad, but maybe that's because this is only the second season that I have fully watched (the other being Season 7 with Rob and Amber).

It's not bad, it's just a little dull compared to the Rob/Amber season (and whichever was the one before that).

This season is finally getting good in the last stretch, the middle few weeks were dull as all hell though because there was hardly any inter-team conflict at all, we had repetitive lame road blocks and detours, and there was a huge time difference between the top teams & the bottom teams which took four or five legs to make up. Racers getting along makes for a boring show, as does watching the same teams finish first/last after searching through x amount of china dolls, plates, gnomes, can openers, copies of the Da Vinci Code or whatever to find the hidden clue .

The only way to explain BJ and Tyler's ridiculous luck is that God hates me.

Not too distraught that the Hippies made it in over MoJo. Just as long as they don't win.

I'll still be rooting for Ray & Yolanda, but I won't be upset if Eric & Jeremy win.

I'm not really rooting for any particular team in the finale. If anything, I want to see Eric and Jeremy, and that makes me kind of sad.

As I'm watching this finale, I'm realizing this is the most uninterested I've ever been about TAR.

The team I wanted to win was eliminated last week, so my interest is way down. If I'm spoiled about the winners before I watch the episode (like with Survivor this week), then I won't even be disappointed.

The only reason I wanted MoJo to win, is because I think Monica is hot.

And I refuse to call her Mo. That's the most unattractive nickname for a girl. That's like nicknaming a chick Steve.

This is really the first time where I don't have a team I'm really cheering on. Though, seeing them racing in the swans was highly amusing.

How long before we go through an All-Star edition? It took Big Brother six full seasons, and Survivor seven full seasons.

Or did the Family Edition put an end to any sort of gimmick edition for the show?

I thought you were better than that! :nonono:

Although, it would be great to see Rob and Amber beat the supposed "best".
