Bear McCreary posted on his blog ( http://www.bearmccreary.com/) that the soundtrack album will be out in August. Will feature "All Along The Watchtower" and will coincide with the release of the Season 3 DVD set.

That is pretty big and will probably make the Chief go off the deep end if he hasn't already finding out he's a Cylon model.. Maybe that's why she does that is that she found out her husband is a Cylon..

Love that trailer.
LOVE THAT SHOW!
Fracking last season. Shit is getting broadcasted for like 10 seasons but this great show is over in four, that's just not fair! Oh, man, how i'm gonna survive without Galactica? You know what, i best not watch it to keep the anticipation of new episodes going and going...

I may be in the minority, but I've loved almost every single episode of this series to death, even crap like Black Market has it's place.
To me, the series is a lean an mean epic. I'm actually kind of glad it's not going to drag out too long. My biggest fear is that cast members decide to leave on any TV show. This is going to be the rare kind of show that is going to give a great arc to nearly every major character they've introduced.

You have a point there. Still, 4 seasons seems so damn short for a journey across the galaxy. I'm sure Ron Moore would have come up with enough good material to fill at least another season if only they would have let him, he's a fracking genius.
I like watching even the weaker episodes as well, mainly coz i enjoy the characters so much.

Razor on Saturday November 24th. And 8 Webisodes starting in October!
http://www.thefutoncritic.com/news.aspx ... 715scifi03
Quote: SCI FI To Premiere Battlestar Galactica 'Mini-sodes'
Beverly Hills, CA July 15, 2007 In keeping with SCI FI Channel's commitment to delivering 52 weeks of broad-appeal original contemporary science fiction, Mark Stern, Channel EVP, Original Programming today unveiled an ambitious development slate at the Television Critic's Association Press Tour. SCI FI's 2007/2008 original programming roster will feature new offerings from the critically-acclaimed, hit series Battlestar Galactica and collaborations with top-tier creative talent such as Lorne Michaels, Seth Meyers, Michael Shoemaker, Thomas Jane, Steve Niles, Ben Browder and Andrew Prowse. From mythical landscapes and dangerous gods to quirky animated comedies and thoughtful explorations of new worlds, SCI FI's original programming remains unmatched in its reputation for innovative, high quality entertainment.
SCRIPTED DEVELOPMENT
MINI-SODES:
BATTLESTAR GALACTICA: RAZOR
In anticipation of the premiere of SCI FI's stunning two-hour event, Battlestar Galactica: Razor, the Channel will whet viewers' appetites with an eight-week series of exclusive 2-3 minute mini-sodes. Premiering in October on SCI FI during primetime, these promotional shorts will lead into the November 24 premiere of Razor, a special extended episode that will provide a backdrop to events that will take place in the rest of season four of Galactica. Written by Michael Taylor, and directed by Wayne Rose and Felix Alcala, these shorts will provide a sneak peek into the original Cylon War, when a young pilot named William Adama (Nico Cortez) discovers a dangerous Cylon weapon that will come back to haunt him and his crew 40 years later. Filmed as part of the extended episode, the mini-sodes will be included in the unrated Universal Home Video release of Razor. They will also be available on SCIFI.COM after their on-air debuts. Battlestar Galactica: Razor will tell the story of Lee Adama's (Jamie Bamber) first mission as commander of the Battlestar Pegasus and will reveal the story of how Admiral Cain (Michelle Forbes) served her ship during the original Cylon attack on the Colonies.

Oooh more Cain.
She was easily one of the best cameo characters I've ever seen, the woman was pure evil.

Re: HOLY FRAK!!! GALACTICA SEASON 4 PROMO = KICK ASS!!!
http://youtube.com/watch?v=VysVxz2_rQgSeason 4 of Sci-Fi Channels BEST Drama/Action series is getting ready to come back on with the conclusion I heard being in 2009 which has to be the dumbest damn decision to milk a conclusion I've ever heard of, to keep the fans waiting that long to see how it ends blows.. I think they said 10 episodes this season and 10 in 2009 concluding the TV Series.. Either way, the above promo is a great way to start it..

Re: HOLY FRAK!!! GALACTICA: RAZOR SPOILERS = AWESOME
http://www.aintitcool.com/node/34405BUMP with news from the upcoming GALACTICA Straight to DVD Movie titled "RAZOR" Which chronicles the Cylon War from the beginning which means that we'll be seeing the 70's TV Cylon models from the old BATTLESTAR GALACTICA Series and that is cool cause it's great continuity from Old to New and all that is left is to cast Dirk Benedict who played the original Starbuck in that series to..

Bloody brilliant stuff, and there was a revelation that knocked me for 6!! Glad to see the high standard maintained and hope the rest of season 4 follows suit.

So I read where there using the old Cylon models like from the 70's TV GALACTICA Series.. Any truth to this?? I would love to see old Cylon models if for anything just being a wink-wink to the old TV Series which even though only lasted 1 season is still a cult series, but I'm impressed with what Ronald D. Moore has given us thus far.. It just sucks that season 4 will be split up and you won't see how this final season is til 2009.. There really gonna have to capture the viewers attention with the first 1/2 of Season 4 in order for them to hold our attention til 2009 for the conclusion....

Re: HOLY FRAK!!! GALACTICA: RAZOR FOR NOV 24TH, 2007
I've also seen it, and Gulli's right - it's suitably awesome. And yep, an older model of cylon does appear. As for season 4 being split in half, we should be so lucky. Thanks to the strike, it might not even get finished at all. http://www.tvsquad.com/2007/11/19/battlestar-galactica-final-season-in-jeopardy/
