... hmm... is someone trying to sabotage Family Guy? The episode had to have come from someone close to the show... maybe someone from FOX? Seems awfully weird. Either way, I'll still be watching Sunday.

Excluding the banned episode that was later released on DVD, and again later aired on Cartoon Network and FOX earlier this year, this will be the first new episode to air on television of Family Guy in about 39 months.
