I find this show pretty decent. I'm not big on doctor shows though so that could be why I don't love it. My cousin and aunt thought it was really good though.
Anyway, I'll still watch it for awhile, at least listen to it anyway. I loved how a Tegan & Sara song started out tonight's episode. I LOVE Tegan & Sara! This rocked! The song was "You Wouldn't Like Me." It was so cool to hear this on an American show since the American radio stations around here never play their stuff. They are supposed to be big in Canada though, where they're from. It was just really awesome that they played this kickass musical group (I don't know what to call them since there's two of them. Do I call them a band? Do I call them a group? What? I mean there's two of them so it seems weird calling them a group. But calling them an artist would sound like I was talking about one person. Hmm...).
Tonight's episode also ended with a pretty good song that I can hear on American radio stations around here. It's nothing as cool as Tegan & Sara though. And I can't even remember what the song was now .
Besides the music, it was pretty good tonight. I liked what Katherine Heigl's character did for those people. That was really nice and I would have done the same thing. And Katherine is hot too .
I also think it's cool her character and that one guy (whom I think is going to end up being gay on the show - I don't know I'm just guessing because he seems like it) will be moving in with the main character. That should be interesting. It looks like there will be some trouble with this though but hopefully it will all work out.

The one thing that bothered me about the episode was the setting up of the rivarly between the two senior doctors competing for Chief of Surgery. I thought this show was going to be about the interns and I don't really want their struggles to become less prominent as a result of showcasing the race for the promotion.

Well I still find the show interesting. I liked today's episode..and the part where that one girl helps that chinese woman is very inspiring. Once again, compared to House and ER, not the best show..but A damn good one at that.

I loved that part. It was touching and made Heigl's character really likable.

But I didn't really get it. She couldn't help the chinese woman because they were no citizens? Is that why?

That's what I got out of it. They couldn't go in the hospital because they were in the states illegally.

I think perhaps ABC should've waited until week three or four of Grey's Anatomy to make this decision, but...
Whatever.

I agree, and I'm sorry if I came off negative about it. I know you like the show a lot, and this is good news for you. It has done considerably better than Boston Legal was doing, so I guess the execs are pretty confident that it will continue to appeal more to the Desperate Housewives audience.
Maybe the show will grow on me.

Yay that's awesome!!!
I caught up last night.
It's definitely no Scrubs, the road is well traveled here. But it's also, for the most part, very well done, and the cast is superb. Best of all it has potential to go from really good to another outstanding drama for ABC.
I'll continue watching for sure...

I'm giving it it's 3rd chance. Still looking for something to hook me. I'm really trying hard to like it, and I'm glad you have already found something to like.

Wow... the show's main character may be Meredith, but Izzie is definitely my favorite.

Another great episode. It is hard to say who is my favourite. I like Izzie, Christina and 007. I'm starting to like Meredith except for one little thing. Her monologues at the end of the episode could be done with her sitting at her early 90's computer and her typing the words on a blue screen with white font. It just reminds me too much of Doogie for my taste.

To be fair, I think this was the strongest show yet, so there is some hope that I'll start liking it.

Another Tegan & Sara song was on tonight's episode! Yay! This time it was "I Won't Be Left." Hopefully another will be on the next episode too .
Anyway, that guy that says he's not gay is so gay . I just know it! He's in denial or something because my gaydar is flawless .
Tonight's episode was the best yet though. Each one has gotten better.

the first night Grey's Anatomy aired I said that the first 20 minutes was so uniteresting I barely paid attention tot he rest of the hour and didn't plan to watch it after that.
The next Sunday, the first 5-7 minutes seemed interesting but I shut it off so as to not get attached to another hour of television.
But now I have decided to give it a chance and watched tongiht's episode. It was decent and maybe moreso because it follows Housewives than anything, I will probably keep watching.

It was announced today that this show is keeping the timeslot for the rest of this season and Boston Legal will be off the air till next fall.
I still don't see what you all like in the show, but you're not alone, a lot of people are watching it.

I watched a little bit of it last night, and it reminds me a lot of ER, except with more comedy instead of drama.

Well, as some one noted eariler.... ABC has announced that it will keep Grey's Anatomy in its current timeslot at least for the end of this season.
Boston Legal won't return until next fall with 27 original episodes (the 5 of this season will transfer to the next).
I think the most ideal timeslot for Boston Legal would probably be a weak hour on Monday or Tuesday night so it could at least keep above 10 million viewers because no doubt some of its viewers just stay tuned after Housewives.

I would say that this show could seriously benefit from an injection of comedy, especially after following Desperate Housewives, but who am I kidding, I'm the only person who has apparently struggled to enjoy it, so I'll just shut up about what this show needs, because it's doing great without me.

Solid episode of this amazing drama. Next week looks to be a bit on the comedic-side, so that should please you Maverikk.
