BATTLESTAR GALACTICA Continues to RULE wih this week's epsiode titled "The Valley of Darkness" which involves a Virus invading the GALACTICA and the Cylons awakening to reek havoc and it's up to Apollo and the President and the rest of the squad to get to the Medical facility in order to tend to Commander Adama, meanwhile on Kobol, Starbuck and Helo as well as the Chief and Baltar are trying to escape even more Cylon ambushes.. Great show Ronald Moore!!! Next week: Col Tighe declares Marshal Law with special guest star once again, Richard Hatch who plays this Terrorist and was the original Apollo in the 70's BATTLESTAR GALACTICA.. =D>

BKB Is Fracked after viewing tonights BATTLESTAR GALACTICA!! Tonight's AWESOME, Action packed Episode of GALACTICA was titled "Fragged" and that literally meant everyone was Fracked(which in case your wondering, Fracked and Micron and words like this that are referred to in BATTLESTAR GALACTICA Universe terms like Fracked means Fucked) Anyhow, Col Tigh has fallen off the wagon again, has been binge drinking out of his flask and chewing out the personnel left and right and declaring Martial Law, but that didn't stop Lee Apollo from putting the old geezer in his place and just 1 Episode, I'd like to see an entire episode devoted to these 2 beating each other to a pulp.. Meanwhile down on Kobol, the Cylons have set up a Radar dish and a missile launcher to basically annihilate anyone that comes within contact of them.. To make a long story short, Apollo and Co. arrive to save the day and bring our boys home from Kobol.. As always, Giaus Baltar is the Man and has a hot chick for a Cylon screwing with his head, but next episode, put on skimpier clothing.. Next stop: Probably Caprica to rescue Lt.Thrace(Starbuck, although Dirk Benedict STILL remains the REAL Starbuck from the original series) and Helo...

He'll be back in command on the Aug 12th episode and in time to either hang his buddy Col Tigh for dissolving the Council of the 12 that Adama created or not and also have to decide whether his Son is to remain in the Brig, which makes no sense to keep him in there when he's the leader of the Squadron when a Cylon attack is about to occur and he's needed.. I'd like to see some more Caprica and Catfighting with Lt.Thrace(Starbuck) and the hot Cylon chick with the blond hair..

"Fragged" finally saw me gain some interest in the aventures in the Jungle, just in time to see them end. When LT pulled that gun on the Dental School aspiree there was major tension, of course it was predictable that Gaius would be the to kill LT and lie about it in the end, it didn't ruin that scene. Now that the jungle escapades are done with, I imagine next week will have a bit featuring Helo and Starbuck on Caprica. Which I'm leaning against, but who knows it could have a turnaround.
I much prefer seeing Adama as the lead on Galactica than Tigh, Tigh bothers me, his wife too. I wonder if anything will happen to her since she professed Rosalyn was crazy and convinced Tigh to let the press see her, and that didn't turn out as planned.
Martial Law, eh? That's always fun.

I actually dig the FX for a Sci-Fi Channel show like this.. The Cylons walking around that Missile Launcher they created and the Radar dish and just everything about that scene looked kick ass FX wise.. =D> I'm also holding out on the box set of Season 1 until Sept instead of puchasing the UK Edition..

Stupid Canadian Best Buy's not getting the exclusive. Oh well, it's for the best, I don't even own the miniseries. EKR wrote: but we have to wait longer for it to be shown here now... unlike last season! At least you probably don't have to wait until 2006. And doesn't the UK go ahead of SciFi some time in early January? At least I remember them doing so for SG1. EKR wrote: thankgod for downloads.

this entire mentality was stupid. you're 48000 people left ... trying to survive, your main man has been shot, the enemy has destroyed every single thing and are hunting you down, you may have a few of them even within your midst, your only protector was just infiltrated by the enemy and all you can think about is bloody democracy .... i say let battlestar take command till things get less tense ... and people should get their priorities right. you're about to get your ass handed to you and you're more concerned about press and council freedom. Adama did the right thing. Tigh may be doing all he is for the wrong reasons (nervous and no knowledge of proper command) but hes still doing the right thing.

I've got a feeling Adama will have his hands full when he returns on the 12th or the 18th I believe and have to fix the mess Tigh made.. This is 1 show I look forward to every week and it's a shame it's not on every night..

maybe... but the point is, if they lose democracy and stuff then the cylons have already won. coz they don't want to give up what they think it means to have a civillised soceity.

thats just crap. you haven't lost anything. you're not losing these things for ever and democracy just like any other thing is just a small man made concept of govt .. something that hasn't existed for a long time in human history except for 1 or 2 other isolated incidents. I enjoy my freedom and crap too but know that every situation does not demand my life to be run in tthe exact same fashion. i've given up my rights for the general betterment from time to time .. we all have ... doesn't mean we won't gain them back.
and why have the cylons won? cylons aren't trying to break them. they're tyring to exterminate them.

I don't think season two starts here (canada) until september. The last episode I watched was the one where Baltar and the Cylon went to see the baby on the planet where they crash landed.I will have to check the space channel website.
