I couldn't make up my mind on what was funnier. Aaron crying by the side of the road, or Flo's meltdown on the cliff.

I don't think Don and Mary Jean were obnoxious, neither were Dave and Margaretta. It's just Teri and Ian's uber-obnoxiousness clouding your mind <g>

Well, maybe by 'every' old couple, I meant Teri and Ian and Meredith and Gretchen. And by Meredith and Gretchen, I meant... Gretchen.

Maybe you're right.

No, but seriously. Teri, Ian, and Ian's stupid hat need to go. Ian talking to Teri like she was his misbehaving dog was ridiculous ("Teri, coooommme!!!") but pretty hilarious. Then again, I have no sympathy for Teri.

They've also got one of the creepiest head turn intros ever.

Do they ever. It's so robotic, and both of their pairs of eyes look so dead. That's to say nothing of the wetsuit, *shudder*.

Bwahaha.

Way to take obnoxiousness, weird flappy hats, and low-cut wetsuits to a whole new level.

(Low-cut is really the only way to describe it.)

Tonight is the two hour finale Which is the second most disappointing in TAR history. Damn you Flo. and tomorrow is the 90 minute S4 premiere, which I hardly recall.

I have yet to watch the last 3 episodes of season 3, but I have them recorded. I know who wins (meh), but I'm still looking forward to the watch. This has been a great season.

I'm going to have to cut myself off from season 4, though. Time management purposes.

I really wish I could be watching these (I only started watching season five; the season where Chip and Kim won), but I don't get the Game Show Network on my cable system. I suppose I could order it, but I'm not sure my husband cares to pay extra money for one channel.

Wow, I hadn't realized you were so late in getting into The Amazing Race Libs. The earlier seasons are really much better in terms of tasks and clues and they don't have the model/actor teams that later races do. S1 comes out on DVD late September, and is definitely worth a rent or buy to see how it was in the early days.
