Pretty much. Awesome setup, bad payoff

Yes yes part 2 wasn't as epic. But it was still a good season finale. I liked Shirley and Britta unexpectedly being the last ones standing and then Pierce prevailing.

Also, Busy Philipps and Dan Byrd from Cougar Town (Laurie and Travis) were totally in the background at one point. Awesome.

So glad we get a season 3 despite the horrific ratings.

Season 3! The premiere was strong, second was very weak, third was weirdly mean for this show. Last night's was the best they've ever done, IMO. It represents everything I love about the characters and the direction of the show.

Having said that, I don't know how low ratings can go before cancellation. It's October and it's doing 1.5-1.7 shares. I don't want to see its ratings next March/April.

It only needs another season after this for syndication purposes, and it's doing better in the demo than several of NBC's other shows (including Harry's Law and Prime Suspect). I think it will stay around for a little while longer, it has a very consistently vocal (and admittedly small) fanbase.

And yes, Thursday's episode was one of the show's best ever.

Community has been having its ups and downs. But this season so far has been down all the way. More annoying than funny.

And you have no taste. This season has been aces. Brilliant.

That being sad the 6 (7) timelines episode has been a total ace in the hole. Hopefully it won't be the last ace Community ever played.

We need less Chow, I really liked him in films, but he's getting too much time now. His Noir episode was truly awful.

I agree, though, his portion of that episode was REALLY bad.

I almost gave up on the show but last week's episode was SO good.

Um, the Chang portion of that episode was its only redeeming quality.

So far, the season has been kind of a letdown so far, but the last episode was probably one of the show's best, hopefully they can keep it up, otherwise I'm back to just checking out on Hulu when I'm pregaming before a night out.

Yeah, doesn't compare to last year's zombie episode.

I must be the only one who feels that this season has been excellent, just as I've come to expect from Community. The only mediocre episode in the last two years was the second season finale.

NBC knows that Comedy Central is waiting to buy the syndication rights. They'll make much more money in the long run if they let it go atleast 4 or 5 seasons. Sadly the ratings will likely never go higher. The show is too character based for anyone to walk in and love it.

I, also, love Community.

Community may honestly be my favorite sitcom that's on right now, and that's really saying something (i.e. Modern Family, Surburgatory, New Girl, South Park, Simpsons, etc.)

NBC fucking sucks.
