 Re: "Gossip Girl" (Season 2)
The last half hour was especially good. I like where they are taking Blair.

 Re: "Gossip Girl" (Season 2)
I certainly hope so. As GG completely sucked since it started it's midseason run.

 Re: "Gossip Girl" (Season 2)
I haven't really been liking it either lately. I actually miss the Jenny storyline. It was ssoo good. And how it ended was so fucking retarded. Fucking Rufus, I want him to die.

 Re: "Gossip Girl" (Season 2)
I enjoyed the season finale and what it set up for next season. Finally Chuck and Blair are together!

 Re: "Gossip Girl" (Season 2)
Eh. Mediocre finale. GG improved a lot on its first season when it kicked of the second season, but by midseason it was at it's mediocre's best. Valley Girls being the exception. I liked young Lily and that storyline. I'm actually disappointed the spin off is dead.

When is Season 2 ending? I plan on downloading what I missed (most of it) this summer.

 Re: "Gossip Girl" (Season 2)
I agree that season 2 start out with a bang, then kinda ran out of gas a little bit after mid season.
I didn't like Valley Girls all that much. Brittany Snow was fine but I really don't care for the storyline, at all.
I liked the finale, I thought some things were wrapped up nicely and some 'spoilers' were kinda stupid. (Serena's dad, I'm guessing the cafe guy is Dan's long lost brother or something...)
Hopefully they kill Vanessa off next season. She's dead weight, plus it'd bring some spice.

 Re: "Gossip Girl" (Season 2)
A few casting updates:
JoAnna Garcia ("Privileged") will be joining the series for a multi-episode arc as a love interest for Nate.
And Hilary Duff is joining the cast starting with the third season's fourth episode as a movie star attending NYU with Blair who ends up befriending Vanessa.

 Re: "Gossip Girl" (Season 2)
She's much more known for her stint in Reba rather than the failed and four times less watched Privileged. But yeah! She's charming and I'm glad for her. She'll add a + to GG. And the show needs as much + it can get. It's horrible again. But a love interest for Nate??? #324 that is. I was hoping he'd be even less featured than in the second half of the second season. I didn't miss his character at all during certain episodes.
